They will harass all your references. I fell on hard times and still am. They don’t care. They have zero compassion. I got into with one of these unprofessional individuals on the phone and I disconnected the call. They called my mother 3 minutes later and told her they have t been able to get in touch with me for weeks. They even discussed my personal business with my mother. Go anywhere else if you can. I was a new customer. I went through the whole application process just to find out at the end that new applicants are only eligible for a certain range amount. I could have found this out first hand by phone when I spoke with a representative to save time & gas. I get it if I didn't qualify due to bad credit or income. However, to be asked to bring/email certain documents, provide a requested loan amount early on, and go through the process to be told later on is not a good look. Time & Gas is too valuable!!

Update (9/9/2019) - Of course, the regular staff fixed this by just being themselves. Problem solved. From 1 to 5 stars because of thoughtful customer service (Chareese is amazing and funny)! I've always enjoyed working with this group. I get cash until payday at much lower rates than other places. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. However, the new supervisor doesn't know how to deal with customers. Won't go there again.
