The ladies in the office were really nice. They broke the loan terms down to where it was easy to understand. The process was quick and easy. Excited about doing business with them. This place is no good! They called me and wake me up out my sleep telling me I was approved for a loan even gave me the amount but when I got there they made me do a whole new application and denied it all cause I was about to go into a early labor due to medical problems this was very UNFAIR !! I sat and waited in the parking lot for an hour also they never reached back out I had to go back in!! Poor customer service! I feel like I was treated poorly because of my unborn baby having to come early due to health issues!

Mrs. Kisha and her staff helped me out so much!! Our AC was out and she saved the day!!! I appreciate them so much!! They are all very nice and the atmosphere is great!!!

Omg it's so amazing to hear how my mom spoke about the people in this office. She said Monique was so cheerful, kind and her smile was everything. The manager Kisha was so polite and helpful as well.
