This Riverdale location has the worse customer service known to man. They act as if you owe them personally....one young called me and had the nerve to tell me have that same energy to come pay me that you had when you came in to get the loan. At that point is when I decided that I would absolutely NEVER do business at this location ever again. The same attitude that management have is what the regular rude employees exhibit. I had to tell the rude young lady last I checked I don't owe you anything my agreement is with the company that you work for and I kindly disconnected the call. The rudeness at this place from management down is horrible.

I arrived on a first visit into the office on a busy day. At first, I disappointed with the customer service I received from one of the employees but once I sat down with Briana I was much more pleased. She did a great job at explaining the process and presented a great attitude.

I took out a loan from them a few months back. It was easy and very convenient. They were also very helpful and polite. I never had an issue with them until now.The issue that I have is that when they took out the debit option from their payment options they didn’t notify me at all. Than I sent a payment through the mail, they never received it. I get that they need to call when your late but if you make changes without letting your customers know expect to work with them.They could of notify me with an letter or call but they treat you like a criminal. I never had an issue making a payment until they made their changes. But what really made me upset is that they called a few references and told them how much I owe and how I can pay with debit, money order, etc. that is an invasion of my privacy and it states that in my contract with them. So they violated their contact with me, when they decided to tell my business. I do understand they will call my references but there was no need to tell my references anything. It’s disappointing that they will do that. I took out a loan with their sister company and I paid them in full with no issue. They worked with me when they took out the debit card option, but that office never once violated my privacy.
