I am a 64 year old woman living on Social Security and recently needed a Pay Day Loan. I searched online for the highest rated loan service in Augusta, and found this company. I called initially to see if I were qualified because I had no income other than my Social Security. I spoke to someone with a very nice, friendly, professional manner to told me what specific things I needed to bring with me. The location was very easy to find. All three ladies working there were so nice and friendly! The sweet lady helping me CLEARLY explained the whole procedure and VERY PATIENTLY explained it again so I was completely informed with no questions left unanswered. She was just so nice and so professional! I was there about 30 minutes and left with the cash I needed, well informed and just feeling so wonderful about the nice way I was treated. I wish I could remember the nice young lady’s name! It was so nice to have a bad situation (needing some fast cash) made so much easier by the ladies working there.

I had a wonderful experience here. Quin is a very sweet person. All of the employees are fun to chat with every time I come in. One thing I would like, is to be able to make payments over the phone, vs coming into the office to make payments.

I have been a customer for years and always was treated with excellent service except over Christmas I went in to renew my loan and a new employee had contacted me with an amount that was available. I got there and it had changed. I explained to the manager that had horrible customer service skills that I was planning on that money for an emergency. She explained there was nothing she could do and acted like she could care less. This really left me in a bind. I called back a few weeks later to see how far I was from paying my balance off and that's when I was informed that I had been taken off the high loan and was able to renew. I have never been late, skipped a payment and have been a loyal customer for over 4yrs. This location is ghetto and hasn't been the same since Jennifer, and Quinn left. The ladies that work there now are rude and could careless about the ongoing business of this place. People don't waste your time. Please seek another place that will treat you like a valued customer.
