I was hoping to get some much needed help , I was hoping to get some much needed help , however that did not happen. I’ve been in Georgia 4 weeks for work and my car broke on me I needed the loan to repair my vehicle, but I was denied because I do not have proof of residency in Georgia! I’m a travel Nurse Aide. Staff was friendly over the phone. And apologized about the inconvenience. Hopefully I find someone that can help.

I had a pleasant experience with Jennifer today. She was amazing and so friendly. I was a little nervous when I walked in 01/28 but she was so welcoming and approachable that I actually decided to go back the next day after she told me one more document was needed. Erica was so great and helpful when I came to her needing help right before Christmas. She answered every single question I asked her and I know I asked her a million because I was unsure and had never done this before and she was so patient and kind. She made the process so quick and easy and I can't thank her enough for her help and kindness. Sometimes needing money and looking for help can be very embarrassing at least for me it can be and she made me feel like I had no reason whatsoever to be embarrassed or shy.
