I was surprised and really appreciate how efficient and sweet these girls. They helped me out and helped me understand so easily of different ways this could actually benefit me and help me build me credit! I am so thankful for them, such great customer service! Renesha is rude and extremely unprofessional. She hung up on me because I could NOT give her information while driving at work . I called back and she admitted to hanging up because it’s “frustrating talking to me .” I’ve been using them for years and I’m EXTREMELY disappointed with what this location has turned out to be . You’d think these new changes would be for the betterment of the establishment ! Then people wonder why there’s new faces in there every few months and UNTRAINED employees constantly calling back to give proper information after wrongfully doing so. Definitely not a good look . This will be the last !

I ended up dealing with the beautiful ms Jessica Harris and she did what she had to do to make it it work out for me as well . Would definitely recommend them as a a go-to

Fast, efficient and quality service.. Had everything explained, didn’t leave with unanswered questions. Interest rates are more than reasonable and the same day cash makes it even better. You are given more options than typical financing companies want to give on the spot. Didn’t have all of my documents upon arriving but was able to fax them from my phone to the company so I wouldn’t have to make extra trips. Started with Octavia but she wasn’t in today so Roneisha finished up with me but both women were very professional and polite. I left feeling treated like a person and not just a debt. Definitely would borrow from here again based on professionalism and the service and will refer anyone to go there.

I have called several times to qualify for this loan, but every time I speak with renisha I wind up very disappointed and I know I'm very eligible for this loan. I asked renisha the reason why I was not approved she said that she could not tell me over the phone which I know is not true because someone else answered the phone and told me the reason why over the phone I wasn't approved. Hopefully when I call again I can speak to someone else that could help me much better.

I took out my first loan from this place about 6-7 years ago. And when I say that was the best decision I could have ever made I really mean it. If it had not been for them I don’t know where me and my family would be now. Reneisha the manager at this location is one of the most realest people I have ever had the pleasure to borrow money from. If I forget to set up my payments she always make sure someone is calling to remind me in order to keep me from paying that late fee. If I can make my payment I can just call and explain and she will put it on hold for me until I can. Borrowing money from them is better than borrowing money from anywhere in the world. Go see them and tell them Nadia sent you, and just sit back and let them take care of you like they have been doing for me all these years.

My finance person was named Monique. She was very professional patient and kind. She explained everything concerning a long in accurate detail. She made sure I understood when my payment was going to start and how much it was going to be drafted out of my account. I did not have one of my information with me she allowed me to call my bank right in front of her and get that information taken care of.
