Kinsmith Finance Athens Hwy, Loganville

Kinsmith is an amazing company to go through if you ever need a cash loan. I have been with them for several years. I got behind and they helped me get back on track. They are always customer first. They even eat their lunch most times in a hurry in order to get all of the customers taken care of. They have a much better staff now that they have a new manager. I will 100% recommend this company to everyone.

Had the pleasure of working with Sierra she was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and very pleasant. Definitely looking forward to doing business with these nice young ladies in the future.

Now I know where to go when I'm having a bad day. There is no feeling in the world like mental and financial stability. 3:30 p.m. September 20th 2021 I walked into the office expecting nothing but the bare minimum regular everyday customer service that comes off almost robotic and or soulless. Instead I was greeted with beautiful smiling faces by every employee in the office. Not only did they change my overall attitude from the rainy weather and bad day i was having but they made the entire experience at the office a refreshing one . The ladies of the office are extremely professional, intelligent and are Masters of their crafts. Everything was very straightforward and every minute there was enjoyable and made me feel at home. Being from out of state and coming from New York this was a pleasant experience or change of scenery. When given the option to do automatic payments or come in and drop off the money in person, I chose in person because you can't put a price on feeling at home and great personalities... if I was the owner I would be very proud of having the employees I have there especially the agent that handled the process. My only regret is not remembering and or asking their names. But I blame them they were so pleasant I forgot my manners.

Was in a bind and needed a little help. Was advised to come in and check them out and see what they can do for me. Tiffany and everyone else in the office was sooo helpful and definitely went above and beyond to make sure they can help me out. Would definitely recommend them if your ever in a bind. Julie was amazing. She was very caring and a genuine person. She made the process very easy and quick as possible. They were pretty busy, but multitasking and making sure everyone was acknowledged was their priority. I live places with great personalities and excellent customer service.

I went in on the off chance that I may be able to get a loan to help with the additional costs of hosting Thanksgiving at my house this year, I was initially worried and self conscious to even be in the situation I was in, but all three ladies had smiles and made it personal even though they were swamped with customers! Julie was very helpful and personable as were the rest of her staff and the whole process was fast and painless because I brought all the required docs and they were just efficient, bubbly, and helpful. First let me say how unbelievably grateful I am to have found this place. I was in a very bad predicament and needed cash ASAP. These ladies accommodated my work schedule and made the process extremely pleasant and quick. Miss Julie and Miss Kayla were not only professional but so sweet.
