This bank is fine for direct deposits and paying bills. However, every time I need to physically go to the bank they never fail to disappoint. Depositing a check should not take over thirty minutes while waiting for manager approval. Especially when I am fine with a hold being placed on it and the writer of the check is at the same bank and they can clearly see the money is there an available.

Awful!!!! Came to this location to deposit a check. The teller was looking at us weird the entire time. Asked us to remove our masks. Then asked us to scan a driver's license. Finally asked us, "Why do you have this check?" I asked her to explain the question. She asked, "Why do you have this check?" I responded and told her that she shouldn't ask such a question - it's a deposit. Put a hold on the check if necessary. We waited another 10 minutes before she completed the transaction. I assume that you must look a certain way to have that specific check. I've been with them for 24 years dating back to MEA!!!!! No customer loyalty, no customer service, no tact!

Today l Signed back with one of the best banks, I’ve been with so far. I didn’t know about making an appointment as I say out of the bank. I was able to call set up a appt. and within 10 minutes a nice representative called and accept my appt then and there. Now When in college early 20’s, I was irresponsible and messed up my account, Long story short paid the charge off and open an account all within 20 min. COVID pre-cautions were taken seriously and I felt safe while opening my account. Love the perks and offers they have as well, glad to be back!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. This bank is awful. When I first opened an account I specifically asked if transactions would immediately reflect on my balance. I was reassured that they would. So on Monday with a balance over $400 I made a $15.00 transaction. Which I assumed would reflect immediately like I was told. Fast forward to Tuesday I have a balance of $20.00 after making some other transactions and paying bills. All of a sudden a charge shows up under Marathon Petro for $35.00. Concerned about fraudulent activity I reach out. I am told that this transaction is actually an over draft fee. What I don’t understand is why it shows up under a gas station and also my account was overdrafted until that fee was made. They respond saying I made a $15 gas transaction that made the balance go negative. This is the transaction I made Monday when I had over $400. I reques this fee to be waived and they refuse stating it’s not there error. It definitely is there erro because I was lied to when I asked about this when I opened the account. So I ask to speak with a supervisor and they refused to let me speak with one. I then ask about closing my account. They said I had to get the account out of negative. You know the one they caused to go negative when they charged the fee. I will be switching banks very soon.

I wish I could give zero stars because this is a lousy excuse for a so called bank with the most inefficient System I have ever seen!! so outdated and antiquated it is UN believable they are still in business !!! FYI I personally do not bank here nor would I ever!! I was simply making a deposit or should I say trying to make a deposit for a friend and had no idea of the lack of service! This is a joke! Seems like my card gets locked every other day for my "safety". You have to call in and wait on hold to get a confirmation number, then call another number to unlock your card. Automated system is faulty can't get through most times. It's like asking mommy and daddy for your allowance every other day while waiting on hold for 10 minutes

Been waiting for a debit card to be mailed to me for 3 weeks now. I go into local bank and their debit card system is down, but they tell Me another branch is working. I take time off work to go and it’s down also at the other branch. I got online bills that are due getting late fees. They offer no help, no call when the system is back up. And the charge on the card was never fraudulent, it was a legit charge. Everyone in the office always has a sad look on their face. No Christmas shopping for me, thanks Kinetic, my dreams are not coming true. Update: I go into the Kitten Lake office 3 days later and get my card. That’s a total of 4 weeks without card, and several bill late fees. The card they supposedly mail to me never arrived, it’s been 2 months.

I've never had a problem while banking with Kinetic. I wish you could add more than the noted amount to the Christmas fund, but other than that they are good for business and banking . Thanks Kinetic

Terrible place to do business. I financed a vehicle with Kinetic and could not make my payment online. So I refinanced with my bank and had GAP insurance with Kinetic that cost over 800 dollars. They informed me that I lost my refund on the GAP because it was after 60 days. I have been in the car business for over eighteen years and have never seen a bank rob people of they hard earned money like Kinetic Credit Union does. Stay away from this place they are unethical and have rotten policies to RIP people off.

I banked with another local bank almost 30 years before i move my accounts to Kinetic. They treat me like i really am important to them. With the other banking institution I was just another account number.
