Kinetic Credit Union US, Phenix City

Absolutely THE WORST bank you can bank with. Fraud can only be prevented to a certain extent. When it does happen this bank will take the longest to refund the amount lost to the Fraud case. When over-drafting your account this bank will add an extra $35 charge for EVERY charge that was overdraft. So now you officially owe more than what was initially stolen from you. But I'm assuming this is the way this bank works.

I’m happy with the service, I have no complaints about that. What I’m not happy about is that the ATM machine was taken away on 280 Bypass in Phenix City, AL Now I have to drive all the way up north thur all the traffic lights & crowded streets to get cash out of the ATM. Or I have to drive over the bridge to Columbus GA just to get to a ATM. So maybe you can tell me where I can go to get cash out of a closer ATM, where I’m not charged a fee.

I have experienced great customer service with Kinetic. Tina has gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were met in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this branch. Big thank you to the entire team at Kinetic Credit Union.

This Phenix City branch is associated with nothing but rude employees and ignorance. Kinetic offers absolutely nothing for you unless they can profit off you directly. In my personal experience i HIGHLY recommend you find somewhere else to bank. I'll be closing my account ASAP. I've banked with them when they were TIC and since kinetic took over it has been nothing but pure disappointment.

I was .18 cents short two months in a row and got charged a 30.00 late fee each mont. They only send out a statement every 4 months so I did not know the .18 was due. I never got a package on how any of the procedures.Really a bunch of crooks, just a rip off credit union, I will look for another bank or credit union to refinance my truck this month

I've had kinetic credit union for almost 8 months now and the staff are the best. They treat me like I've been there for years. I went in today to see about an annual fee planet fitness withdrew from my account when the funds weren't available. So automatically there was an overdraft fee. After hearing what happened the guy at the front desk refunded my overdraft fee without nothing more than an explanation. I honestly wasn't looking for or even expecting anything back but he took care of me. I wish I got his name but this one's to u bro and to the rest of the awesome staff. Best banking I've ever had.

Since changing your drive up services to PTM’s I hate banking here. Seriously thinking about changing banks. Half the time the machine won’t accept money. What’s the point in banking here if you can’t put money in the bank

Probably the worst bank I've ever banked with. You get charged decline fees of $35, they don't have an after hours customer service center where if you have issues with your card at 4 AM on the way to work, you have to wait until 8 AM when they open. Pathetic!! I'm switching back to USAA. I figured going with a credit union was better but no. Don't waste your time or money with them.

Wow this place is so Awesome, Megan has Bless My Son and My Life in a huge way and every one else, such a sweet Manager,so, so, so, very sweet and kind, I've never been to Awesome credit union like this and treated as thoe me and my son are part of their family the attitude of all the employees are wonderful, their spirits are always kind..I feel so good to just go visit them some time because they always give us such sweet hugs.if you thinking of a credit union please visit 280 by pass phenix city

Its seems impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I've been trying reach them to pay an auto loan and no one ever answers. I've call everyday for a week to wait on hold for 20 minutes then the system asks for a call back number, tells you you're second in line then never calls you back.
