I opened my own account with requesting to take me off as joint. Apparently after depositing my money, writing 2 checks to pay Bill's. The withdrew the money to cover my husband's account while I already asked them to remove me. So now I'm negative 350 due to them not requesting permission and then taking money to his account because I'm still joint. I will be calling their boss and setting it straight. I'm certainly not happy that my husband is only a beneficiary on mine and his account took my money. So, keystone. Who's going to pay my car insurance and water bill since I wrote hot checks with your lack of communications on this.

I've my accounts over 20 years, I ALWAYS has issues with them. The charges are ridiculous!!!!

Do not do business with these folks. Lack professionalism, fail to communicate, and are unreasonable. Also, fail to understand nature of business they are in and refuse to educate certain employees

Very deceptive practices! Their website promotes a very low interest rate for personal loans, but when you apply as a new member you are told it is impossible to get an unsecured loan until you have 2 years of payment history with them on a secured loan. So it doesn't matter how high your credit score is, how much money you make, or anything else. No one can get an unsecured loan without first paying them for 2 years on a secured loan. It caused me to waste my time completing the app, gathering up documents, and sending them in. Plus it caused me to get a hard inquiry on my credit report for no reason. They need mention the criteria on getting these loans before they advertise them. Very unhappy with them now. My grade for them is F--.

I have used them for years I love all of them and Terry is great. Terry and the girls in the front are awesome. I did have one problem with a guy that was there when Terry was on vacation but I waited until Terry got back to do my business.
