First Niagara was bought by Key, and though the bank overall is rather lacking in usefulness, the employees at this location are courteous, generous, and friendly. Especially Michael.

All the employees at this location greet me by name when I come in. Michael Streets is always willing to do whatever craziness I need to cash our petty cash check up to and including facing all the bills in the same direction. All the staff are very friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond! I highly recommend this location.

Bank Teller MICHAEL STREET refused business. My son started collecting coins and goes into different banks where he or myself have an account. He takes in coin rolls that he’s gone through (and replaced any that he’s taken out) and exchanges them for new ones. Every keybank, citizens, PNC, etc ALL DO this without hesitation. MICHAEL STREET immediately got angry and defensive and abrasive saying he absolutely could NOT take the rolls because he couldn’t verify them. What?? My son has never complained about unwrapping a battery in a nickel roll or a penny in a quarter roll. He takes them out and replaces them with actual coins for the bank. But this MICHAEL STREET FROM THE CALIFORNIA PA BRANCH refused a kid from doing his hobby. Better than video games. Because he’s lazy and needs to be fired for the way he spoke to us, disrespected us And refused to do his job.

Michael is the best! Very friendly and and patient, especially when I had to take a lot of work deposits in!!!

Can't post a zero or I would. Horrible customer service and got lied to more than once. Went to close out my accounts and they want to charge a 29 dollar per account closure fee. This place is a joke and would give them zero stars if I could.
