If I could rate 0, I would. KeyBank in general is a fraudulent institution. The Potsdam branch specifically...I have nothing to say about the managers. The “head” teller is beyond disrespectful and rude over the phone. If I ever treated a customer like that, I would be fired. Rated: F-
