Today I needed to get a cashier's check. So I needed to go inside the bank. It was the first time in a long time since I'd been in the bank and the first during covid 19 epidemic. I have difficulty standing for any length of time so was concerned if I was going to have to stand a long time. When my son and I approached the bank a very nice security guard opened the door for us. There were a couple customers in line waiting for their turn. The floor was marked for social distancing. There were a set of chairs off to the side that I was able to sit, while my son stood in line, until our turn. I want to say that the teller was an angel and helped in every way. Pleasant,professional and went above and beyond. Another employee asked if he could help while I was sitting to the side. I have been a member of this bank for close to 30 years and still happy with my service. Everyone was great! Especially the teller( wish I got her name!) And the friendly security guard. I want to thank them for making a stressful chore a very pleasant experience. 🙂

Lets be honest, banks in general are places housed in the armpit of hell. That said, by some debt to the big man in a red and black leotard this bank managed to hire a crew of beautiful kind and well humored angels to staff its near illegal buisiness. Let's hope they are compensated for their service to this undignified part of our every day lives. Darla in particular is fhe sweetest sexiest piece of human real estate I've ever had the pleasure to know.

Do not bank with them unless you want your charges manipulated. They purposely have been posting larger transactions on my account and charging me overdraft fees when deposits are made the same business day. So you will charge me the same day but won't take deposits the same day? I've since reported them to the CFPB and anyone going through the same should follow suit.

Both the manager and assistant manager were really very helpful and patient when I had to close out a family members account sure to an illness. It's location is quite good, accessible.

They are friendly and quick to get you helped and back to your life. I love how easily accessible this location is!

Perfect example of how banks do everything they can to screw over working people. Wouldnt cash my check without 3 forms of ID. Took the same check to a branch a few miles away and didn't have any problem. Don't do business with these parasites.

It's always a pleasant experience doing business at this banking facility. The waiting time is minimal, the staff is friendly and the management is exceptional and responsive. Best bank in the area!!

Called on the phone to ask questions about cashing a check and got spoken to very rudely by the manager. He is very disrespectful and I’m very offended that he called me retarted because I asked a few questions to save myself some hassle. Needless to say I’ll never be going here or doing business with key bank.

I had to wait for 35 minutes on the drive thru to be served with only 1 car ahead of me

Great staff.. And fast considering how busy it gets.
