    Worst service ever denied me my money because my daughter is black and was rude to use but where white customers and nice to them but still denied me service and theater to call the cops on my daughter so will never be going here and I’m canceling everything with them will not recommend this bank at all to anybody

    To whom it may concern: I came to Key Bank when Brenda Smith was the manager there. Brenda was fabulous and bent over backwards for you as a customer. After Brenda left, the whole atmosphere of the bank changed. Joanne refused to help me in any way. I had two issues I needed help with and both times she handed me an 800 number and told me to handle it myself. After spending much time attempting to rectify the issues myself, I complained to corporate about her total lack of customer service, she must have been notified because she has made me pay ever since. I have been constantly disconnected when I called and or put on hold for ridiculous periods of time… I noticed another staff (Lisa) had picked up on her behavior. Last week I needed to send a wire transfer, I asked the price and Lisa said $25.00. I was charged $30.00. When I asked Tanisha (manager) about it, she said "Lisa make a mistake and I corrected her), however, I will not refund you the $5.00. I have never been treated like this before and am stunned that this seems to be acceptable by the principles of Key Bank. Key bank lost an excellent customer that would have stayed for life had I been treated with respect. Check out Consumers Review Report – Key Bank was rated horrible by over 40 customers. Not a bank you want to do business with. I highly recommend Huntington Bank! The staff is outstanding and you don’t get charged for everything like Key Bank. Joanne O West Bloomfield, MI

    Worst bank ever. I mobile deposited my work check on the 28th of January was told my money would be available on the 31st get to the bank to make a withdrawal only to be told there's a 9 day hold on my money because I'm a new customer and the deposit was over $1000. Now here it is the 9th of February and my money still isn't available. Will be switching bank and will never recommend this bank to anyone!!!

    They wouldn't except my card even though I had legal documentation showing the ownership of card being mine. I told them other locations never had this problem but they still would not except it and would not give me a clear answer why. Worst customer service that I ever had at a bank

    The staff are extremely nice and very professional. I’ve never had a problem with them. To be honest this is the most easiest bank and best bank for small businesses in my opinion. It’s also right next to my house 10 seconds away you can’t beat that either lol

    Worst bank ever my card was stolen and Cathy the fraud department lady denied my claim because I didn’t file a police report which she told me I did not have to do ! And the charge you to MOVE YOUR MONEY from you savings to your checking account

    We have been waiting to set up a pool loan for two weeks and we're not getting anywhere with Tanisha. We have called the office multiple times and the secretary says Tanisha will call right back which never happens. Going else where for a pool loan.
