They just keep closing branches. Now their Wasilla branch is closed. Since I live in the valley, I am going to have to switch banks now. Thanks for the heads up, KeyBank.

Nice staff, wait times are too long. I make frequent deposits because of my job and almost everytime I go there, no matter what time it is, I find myself standing in line so long that I have time to make reviews. Please hire additional staff to reduce wait times.

Great Bank simple. I didn't step inside the bank in last 6 years. And I love it. I use drive through and online banking. I use for Robinhood and Coinbase transfers . I don't need bank teller to hold my hands and be my "free Shrink" Numbers in numbers out simple, easy !!!

I used to work for Keybank, Ak usa, and Bank of America. I know for a fact Keybank does more for their clients, with no or less fee's, than either of the other 2 places. I loved working here and loved how they let me spend time with our clients and build relationships. I still bank here and have no complaints!!!

I came in today to make a deposit to my boyfriend’s account and get a roll of quarters. The teller refused to give me the roll of quarters because I “don’t have an account here.” Even though I literally just deposited to an account there... seriously?? Cool, I hope that was worth losing a customer because we’re going to go ahead and close our account with you and go somewhere where they know what customer service is!

I have been a member of KeyBank for over 15 years, and I'll be closing my account soon. It has been difficult to get help and the lack of follow up has been disappointing. I had to send my sister in law to the local branch to get a hold of a person, as this branch will not answer their phones. Avoid this branch and Rowena C Kehr as she will not return calls or emails.

I am trying to open a safe deposit box at Benson branch, I am not sure if they are trying to close the branch like they did in Eagle River. I went twice to open the box, I was told nobody is available, I have to call for an appointment. I called twice but nobody is picking up the phone. It is harder and harder to bank with Key Bank

Inept at best, discriminatory at worst. I have had nothing but poor experiences with this bank from everyone (who is not a teller). Financial advisors do not have open communication with their clients and dodge calls. As a former teller, I've never felt so slighted by a bank before. Do not open accounts here, do not make my mistake.

I called last week to make an appointment for today April 9. I was told that the appointment was all set at 3pm. At 10 am I called again to make sure that I’m still on the schedule but an employee told me that I do not have appointment. I was very disappointed. The employee told me that she put me in at 4:30pm so I said ok. When I got there the lady who opened the door was nice but the Banker who supposed to be with us had us wait for almost 30 mins. She did not even acknowledge us but we still continued to wait. She finally talked to us and told us to just seat in the lounge and she will just talk to us there. We are did lot like that. Because she was far and she sounds like she was yelling to us. She is very unprofessional. Not to mention that she was wearing an American Flag skirt. Why would she treat the flag like that.? And she is also wearing flip flops. Today. I’ve have learn to hate this Bank. I will never ever recommend and I will never do business with them. I have not seen this kind of treatment from my other bank which is Alaska USA and Charles Schwab. If there is a lower that zero score I would use it to rate this stupid Key Bank. Low key people.
