I just waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a simple deposit! The account number was given and everything. It should of taken 2 minutes! I had to leave without my receipt as I was late for a Dr. appointment. Get it together tellers!

Bank employee made an unautborised transfer. Took 4 months to get info, checks and credit card for our line of credit. Banker put us into a checking acct without asking enough questions for it to be the right fit. ☹

Aweful service, every time I come. As we speak, I'm siting at the drive through, and have been waiting for 30 minutes behind the car in front of me. And not like a "I'm angry it's taking so long, this 5 minutes feels like 30" kind of 30 minutes, but thirty minutes as in "I got here at 4:07, and it's 4:40" now. Still haven't been helped. I hope they know that the longer it takes them, the more time I'm going to be able to spend on this review. The only reason I use this bank is because my company requires it. Last week I pulled up to the drive through. The light above said "open". So I pulled up, and put my deposit in the tube. 15 minutes later someone comes on the speaker and says "Sorry, but we're closed." Maybe turn off the open sign then? Or at least don't wait 15 minutes before you tell me you're closed. The time before that, the drive through was closed entirely. Which wouldn't be bad, except there is no parking. Ever. Anywhere. And if you do by chance make it in to the parking lot, you're going to get stuck behind and between cars. I really hope I can switch banks. Quickly.

Sadly, I am adding to the other poor ratings. I want to be clear, my rating is solely for the Bellevue Way Key Bank. I've had an account with Key Bank for over 20-years and have never experienced a discourteous associate/teller until I visited this branch ... that said, I will not let this isolated experience change how I feel about Key Bank, I love Key Bank! Just NOT the Bellevue Way Branch. The GOOD news, I can choose to avoid this branch in the future!

I use Internet banking so I signed over a check to my step son to deposit in his account. He came back and told me they wouldn't do it unless I came down there with my ID. So we drove all the way down there and the Spanish punk manager says its there policy not to except third party checks. I said look man show me your policy of course he couldn't come up with it. I told him look deposit it put a hold on it for 2 weeks o don't need the cash he still refused I'm pretty sure it was because we are minorities. Lying ass trash bank take your business elsewhere or use Internet banking.

I only give this Bellevue Key Bank's location at Bellevue Way a 1 star, not the entire organization. I've been a KeyBank customer of Seattle for 4 years now and a USAA bank customer for 12 years. As some of you know, USAA is for military or vets only and does not have any actual location. So that's why I bank with Key Bank as a secondary bank. My office is in DT Bellevue near the Bellevue Way Key Bank branch and I live next to the DT Seattle branch where I do most of my Key Bank banking. The seattle branch is amazing and so are the other branches I've used once or twice between Portland and Bellingham for various reasons throughout the years. Bellevue Way branch on the other hand is the organization's bad apple and has been for some time. I've used the Bellevue way branch three times now and all three times have been absolutely horrible. I figured the first bad experience may had been because the bank teller had a bad day. The second, I gave another benefit of a doubt. Two days ago I made my third and last visit to this branch. This branch needs to go through some customer service training.

Absolutely not helpful. Stopped by because I was having problems accessing my account. They said I would have to call customer service. So I call customer service and they say I have to go to a branch. Wish the employees would take initiative to solve the problem quickly and not have the customer do all the work.
