Looking at other reviews this review is spot on. It is only this branch that gives trouble to either myself, or either one my other two co-workers that go to this branch to deposit cash. Each time, We are treated as less than people, and if we are trying to steal something when we try to make a valid deposit, with deposit slip and ID. Each time, we are given a hassle about depositing cash. We are not bothered at any other Key Brach. I’m not giving you my social security number to make a deposit for my employer when only your branch is asking for this information. The sign on the outside of your building states you accept deposits with ID, which are always provided. Have your tellers learn some basic communication skills and be a little bit more polite to your customers.

Our family has been satisfied customers of the Brewerton Road Key Bank location for years. Mo and his team have our complete trust and best interests in mind. We will continue to be loyal customers of Mo's team at Key as long as we are in the state. Thank you to the team for taking care of us for all these years.

This is my main Key Bank branch. The tellers remember me and are very friendly and helpful. Couldn't imaging a better bank experience.

If you are a key bank member do not go to this location they are very rude not trained unprofessional I have had great service at other locations but every time I have to goto this one their is a issue that would never happen anywhere else

Don’t show up there with cash. You can make over a hundred thousand a year. Deposit cash from one account to another and they’ll freeze your account. Never had any issue with any other banks. Absolutely absurd.

It's been a long time since I've been this offended, and I don't usually leave bad reviews being a business owner myself but this was necessary..... I have a business checking account with Key Bank, which has a relatively sizeable sum of money in it and I walked into this branch and ask them to service my monthly distribution check which for those of you who don't know is my income, and they refused to cash the check because of the sum of money. I was told anything over $5000 has to be ordered. She then informed me, on a Monday mind you, that she would be able to order the money for me on Thursday and I could cash my check on Friday. I explained to her I was leaving for vacation tomorrow and really needed my money and she expressed no concern whatsoever. I then stated to her I have a very large sum of money housed in my bank account and you're telling me I cannot access it until Friday? And she stated yes that's just how it is. I then walked into my local branch and they cashed the check immediately for me. The management at this branch is very rude and uppity. I walked in with a ripped t-shirt and jeans because that's how I work and I was treated like riff raff. If it were not for a long standing relationship with Key Bank and the fact that I don't hold an entire company responsible for one branch's actions I would have probably closed the account that day.

Great bank, tellers are always friendly and help you with anything you need. Never had any issues at this branch.

Went to the ATM put in my card typed in my p.i.n and money came out perfect
