The team stepped in after we had an accepted offer for a 30 day close and a big bank told my clients that closings were 45 days after promising 30 days during the pre-approval.. Mary Gill and her team got us to the finish line and, as an agent, I felt very informed throughout the process and I couldn't be more grateful!

I was going to purchase a home with them but the loan process team not only lacked consistency they lack ethical and moral development. I say this because they had me constantly send them documents, never followed up on anything and when I called them for a status update they were extremely rude to me as if I was bothering them. They pushed back my closing day the day of and requested the same documents that they already had. I became frustrated because I had been back and forth with them for months. I had a stable occupation, good credit, 5x the income I couldn’t understand why they gave me the run around. So I made a review on them. After the review the underwriter and loan officer both called me and asked me to remove the review if I wanted my loan to go through. So I did, I received a call from the underwriter saying that because I wrote a review on them that they would not close on my loan. Mind you this was a day or two before I was scheduled to close. I was upset and I thought about pursuing legal action but chose to focus on getting my home. In hindsight it was the best thing that ever happened to me, I closed with the another /mortgage/bank literally 30 days after key mortgage played with my time and finances. If you want to have incompetent, untrustworthy individuals who only care about your money and not you as a human being then go with them but if you want a company that is big on integrity and truly passionate about helping people become home owners run as far away from Key Mortgage as fast as you can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

As a first time home buyer, the loan process can feel overwhelming. Kris and Milissa did a great job communicating and made the process smooth and easy. I also felt very organized and secure while using the portal to submit documents. I recommend!

I cannot describe what pleasure it was working with Bernard. The deal lasted for almost 5 months and even though it tested everyone's patience he was always extremely polite, knowledgeable and available to answer all and any question I had. He was extremely knowledgeable about a range of issues (from attorney related, mortgage related and realtor related questions) and always provided very detailed and clear answers and explained the inner workings of the closing process. RUN FOR THE HILLS!! DO NOT go with this company, and if you do DO NOT go with Scott Jacobsen, he is the worst, not to mention he is ridiculously entitled. It’s clear he does nothing for his clientele. One minute I was under contract for a home and all of a sudden I got a trulia notification in my email and the home I was under contract with was back on the market. I don’t care what his title is, he literally went over my and my realtors head and told the sellers realtor that estimated closing date would be in 60-90 days, shortly after this happened the house was back on the market (Which I FOUND OUT ABOUT ON MY OWN!!) after working with this seller for almost a month!!! Now I have to find a way to get this seller back and get on a WHOLE NEW CONTRACT!! All because he told them something false without first consulting me and my realtor!! I am so glad I have taken my service elsewhere now! If I could give negative numbers, I ABSOLUTELY would. This place is so unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else! HONESTLY.

Joy seems like a nice person who does a lot of business with good folks. However, my experience wasn't so great. I had already lined up lending for a house, but was promised a $100 gift card for allowing her to compete for my business. She did a good job of competing, though she was a bit pushy to try to get me to commit to her. In the end, I chose another lender. Then, Joy stopped contacting me all together, and I never saw the gift card which is too bad because I was ready to give her a good review and recommend her to others even though I chose to go another way. Edit: The gift card arrived 8 months late, but it did arrive.
