i really do not understand how some clients are rating 4 or even 5 stars. maybe they were in a different situation than me... i have been a client of Key Credit Repair since August of 2020. after analyzing my case it was suggested that i had 33 negative accounts. i had decided on a plan that had me paying $149.95 a month and started the process. they advised me letters would be sent out to all 3 credit bureaus and would check on them after 45 days. every 45 days i would call in to get an update and amazingly the person who i had spoken to the month prior would always be on the other line so i would always speak to someone new even after waiting for 3-4 hours for the person to get back to me. after 1 year and 4 months i was finally fed up and had requested that my money be refunded. to my amazement Key Credit repair had managed to erase one of the 33 negative accounts so because of that reason they denied my refund. i do not mind paying the money that was requested but to have NO results after about a year and a half is not acceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would. 6 months of working with them. Or should I say just giving them money every month! Complete waste of money! Zero communication. Then both my Husband and I both Received a letter from the credit bureau that an unauthorized company was trying act as me for me. Well that’s Interesting. Especially since they are supposed to be a reputable company. I request a refund and was denied. And magically the very next day after canceling and requesting a refund they “found” a few these things that they got removed. Ummm no they didn’t it was stuff that fell off the report on its own. The floor manager literally told me I couldn’t get an answer right away about once again requesting a full refund because they had so many people requesting a refund.

They don't even deserve the star. I've spent $900 in three months for me and my spouse to fix our credit. My sister passed away and now I need to buy a home to raise her kids along with mine. My goal was to get help fixing my credit. Not only did Key Credit not help me they basically robbed me and my spouse for three months. I don't have money and this is such a long process. I requested my money back and its nothing but kick backs. They ask for my credit reports and I sent them. They keep getting kick back etc. I just want to fix my credit and buy a home. I've been through so much and now to deal with such a hassle is beyond me. I read their reviews and believed they would help. They promised I would see changes after 30 days. But surprisingly nothing happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Zero Stars, Complete SCAM. Charged me for 3 months of service (which you can get for free by signing up on wallet hub instead) I was told they could help erase the negative score from a bankruptcy but i come to find out that's impossible until 10 years after the initial filing. They "write" a letter on your behalf and send it to the reporting agencies. When i asked for proof or a copy of the letter it was never provided. I tried to cancel my service and got a run around, i had to do a stop pay through my bank/debit card to keep them from charging me again. This is theft. Use the internet for free methods of credit reporting, don't let them be a fake middleman.

Stole money from me tried to co tact company on more than one occasion. No response. Emailed, called left message, even contacted them on LinkedIn.

In my opinion they have done nothing for me but take almost $1,000 out of my account a monthly payments. I don't know how to stop them from taking money from me. If you want to get in there scam go ahead and sign up my advice stay away

I been with Key Credit Repair since March of 2021. They have done nothing but withdraw money from my account every month. Whenever I have questions about my account with them I never get a return call to me or I'm transferred to a line that constantly rings. Jose helped me open this account and I was told that I could always call him with questions I may have. Jose is the worse. He's unprofessional and he lies. I wish I never got involved with this company because hundreds of dollars later and no changes to my credit report. Not even a dispute.

Aipril was really terrific. She gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, great communication skills and came across as warm and caring. I'm very happy to sign up with them.

Zero Stars! I hired this company to remove 4 medical collections and some inquiries. I know a lot about how credit repair works but because I was so busy and wanted a quick fix I figured I’d pay them to handle it. First of all I was lied to by the Salesperson on what my monthly fee would be. Second, I never received any type of verification letters from the credit bureaus which is what happens if letters are really submitted. Third, the credit bureaus claim to have no disputes on my behalf. Any professional on this industry knows that letters should be submitted by certified mail. I requested proof that letters were sent certified mail and first was told they were not allowed to give me that and then the customer service mgr claims he doesn’t know if they’re sent certified and would need to research that info. This company has poor customer service and are only concerned about getting your money. Unless I receive proof of letters being sent in the last 3 -4 months then I will believe they didn’t and expect a refund. If that doesn’t happen I will not just let this go. Save your money and just take a few minutes to submit your own letters. I’ve learned since that Medical accounts are the easiest to remove. Research on YouTube. Plenty of videos on how to do it.

The company did help improve my scores greatly!! The 2 items I really needed removed they weren't able to remove even after contacting someone by phone and still paying my monthly fee over a course of 3 months waiting for the removals that never happened. I never saw any letters submitted on my behalf from this company either. It became too expensive so I canceled the services.

I’ve been a client from April until now and my credit hasn’t budged. They lied and told me they was able to remove 1 of my collections. I applied for a loan and was denied because it was still there. I called experian to verify and there it was. I then called key credit repair and they stuck to their story. Victor Ramirez took a closer look and realized it was moved from collections to another section so they didnt see it. The employees are unprofessional and they have no tactics of fixing credit other than sending these letters that I’ve never seen proof of. I was also lied to saying they were able to remove a collections account from my transunion and equifax report. How do I know? Because it was never there!! Experian was all I hired them for🙃 I then cancelled and requested a full refund and that was a hassle. I had to call and email several times. After CANCELLING and receiving a refund I was charged again for the next month. I had to again call and email about getting my refund. Complete waste of time. I could have had my credit fixed by now and on with my business endeavors. DONOT WORK WITH KEY CREDIT REPAIR!

I’m not sure about these positive reviews,must have been family.. I called absolutely desperate for help and I thought I was going to get it!! I thought maybe I could get somewhere with these people. Pfffft… WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I received not ONE letter or update from anyone!. Been with this company several months and I PROMISE you , all they do is just take your money. You are better off trying to figure it out on your own which I have done and canceled my account … I never ever leave reviews but this was just so outrageously SHADY that if I could stop just one person I would be happy.. I could’ve paid off one of my collections with all the money they have collected from me without ANY contact or updates… I had to call them and when I did, it was me who was always the problem.. I didn’t give them permission or I don’t do this or that.. PLEAAE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

When I first started I was presented with clear and understanding of the program and how it works. They did not rush me into starting up with them. They were so polite and nice, answered all my questions. My first person was Carlos, then he sent me to Simla she was very kind , with a listen ear to what I had to say and how I am trying to clear my credit up. I know that you all do the work, but we have to be involved and do our investigation as well to speed the process up. So I want to thank for helping me now and into the new year.😊👍❤️

I can't not say that the services are great till I see changes in my score. I will return and review after a month or two. But Antonio was very thorough I do hope that the services are real.

I have been ripped off by other "Credit Repair" companies - a major one too. They've done nothing. Sorry - they took my money and then disappeared. I got a call one Friday night from a lovely young lady at Key Credit Repair and she was quite informative so I listened. An hour later a cynic like myself signed up. I know they are doing their jobs because I've been receiving mail from my credit co.s and the credit bureaus - which I forward right to them. If you help them help you you can be successful raising your credit back up but be patient and listen to the staff. You can't just pay someone and expect a miracle. They do what they can, what they are legally allowed to do, and you have to help them by following up and forwarding the mail you get from creditors. AND every time I call Key Credit Repair one of the staff picks up quickly and looks at my file to see where we are in the process, when and what they have be able to do to help me with my credit report. I found I have 2 banks on my record that I have never had a loan with. Really? As a negative and both banks have no record of me? For issues like this I need a conversation with Key Credit Repair. I am exceptionally happy with the progress (yes it seems slow, but it's going) and the information I've been given every time I call the office. Extremely happy, I feel very fortunate Marcella called me up at 7pm that Friday night and got me into "be proactive" mode. The entire staff has guided me along the way. Key issue: THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE THERE TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND PULL UP YOUR FILE! Awesome! I am extremely satisfied, I've done everything I've been instructed to do and I finally see issues being addressed, fixed... I see the light at the end of this tunnel and I'm so grateful. This company does not repair anything for you regarding credit. They are impossible to get a hold of and tell you the work they are doing takes many months to complete. Their email communication is very impersonal and the client support on the phone are very aggressive when you ask for updates. It’s bizarre. Save your money. It’s no surprise that I see fake 5 star reviews and then a handful of angry and upset people saying that they feel cheated. There is no in between. This company is a scam. I paid them for five months and saw no outcome- not a single dispute letter came to me so I called to complain and they told me I’d need to pay for a privacy guard account to help Aid them in their efforts to file disputes. The account is like $30 and they told me they’d discount me that difference so they could do their job but no discount was applied and now I have not heard from them in 2 months.

I really enjoy doing business with key credit repair. I have been speaking to Derick Gonzales and he is always overly helpful when I call. When ever I call in, I request to speak to him. I would definitely recommend Key Credit Repair as their results are really affective on my 3 credit reports. I was skeptical at first but Key Credit repair does what they say. They really are thorough with cleaning up credit reports! Derick reinforces that when ever I need to call in about something!

They sent out letters to the big 3 credit moguls and never contacted me on disposition of same,. I've nothing to show for Monthly fee, $125. Oh well person who signed me up was Very nice and through. Matt s.

I have been using Key Credit Repair now for several months and I am very pleased with the service that I have received. There have been positive changes towards my credit that I am very pleased to see. My score has increased significantly. I know that they are doing their job on a regular basis because I get different reports from all three credit bureaus every other month with changes to my credit. I would highly rec amend Key Credit Repair to anyone looking for a reputable company that will honestly repair your credit.

I hired them for 4+ month i called i emailed them no response i had to have my wife call them for they can answer got in contact with them and the guy on the phone didnt understand how nothing has been erased off my credit or why my credit havent gone up i asked my whats gonna happen with the refund they tell me to email them some pictures i did and still havent heard from them now is 5 month it was easy to take my money and now no money and my credit still the same

Terrible customer Service and a waste of money. I used their services 3times the first time I had great results but also had very little credit history. The second time I was able to get a few things removed. The third time it just became to expensive an I decided I would pay some balances down and then return. I called a few days ago before my billing cycle to cancel service for my husband and I. I sent the confirmation email. I realized I was still charged. I was paying $145.00 each and still charged. Denise did not apologize and said they will cancel it today. I had to ask for a refund because in her simple minded brain she thought I would want to just give them my money. This is a disgusting way to treat returning customers. She could have at least apologized for the inconvenience charging my account $300.00 in error is a big deal and careless mistake on key credits end. I asked to speak to someone above her and she refused and hung up in my face. She then called back and didn’t rectify anything. I will never refer a family or friends ever again. I will not be revisiting I regret even giving them my business especially if that’s how they treat clients.

She had my attention as soon as she answered the phone. She answered all questions. I never felt valued as a person until I called key credit repair..

I called these guys almost 4 months ago. They promised results or money back. After 3 months they successfully managed to remove a few hard inquiries and acted like that was so good of them. I asked for a refund because very little had been accomplished. They said no because to them removing a few inquiries was worth the 700.00 I've given them. This is a scam and they use a bot software to generate fake 5 star reviews. They will take your money and do the bare minimum and then not uphold their promise of refund if they don't deliver results. I'm still fighting to get a refund. They now hang up any time I call. Very unprofessional. They have been reported to the BBB.

I just signed up and so far so good. Key Credit Repair customer service is outstanding. They keep in touch with me with any of my concerns. I am pretty sure they will make my future much much better.

Been working with them for a bout a year and have hardly done anything. I think my credit is worse now then when I started with them... and I dont even know how that is possible. Everytime customer service tells me anything usually find out later that it's not accurate. Continual loop of these guys not performing or doing what they said they would. It's really frustrating and never had such a horrible experience ever with any other credit repair companies I have worked with in the past.

I reached out to several Credit Repair agencies prior to Key Repair. I must say from the start Banner was very polite, professional and human. The previous company I heard from scared me to death, then insulted me about my credit score. He jumped right to the money before explaining how it all works. Great place, no matter how many of these reviews I read the fire to achieve the same thing doesn’t diminish that's why I keep educating people that the answer to your problems is a hacker, you can get any sophisticated hack services by contacting SYNOD @ TUTANOTA • COM via email, I talk from good experience with him. be it bad credit score or huge loan debts or financial instability, that's your guy.

So far, before any action(commitment) , I was impressed with Charly and his knowledge of Credit Bureau processes. We shall see how my scores change and go higher before I give a full 5 star acknowledgement.

I would not recommend keycredit repair. They took me through a very long detailed application process over the phone. I was told they would be doin some work on my credit and they would provide copies of letters sent out. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing and didn’t see any changes on my credit report. I called them to find out how things were going and the woman on the phone had no idea who I was and I was no where to be found in the system even though they had charged me a week before this conversation for 99.95$. They are a scam . DO NOT TRUST THEM

I thought that the service offered was going to be very expensive because they do so much. After listening to all the benefits and their BBB rating I was already sold. But when I was even offered an added discount for being a Veteran I took the most expensive package and it is still pennies to the pocket. I am investing in my future. I have been with this company for 3 months now in desperate need to fix my credit. I had identity theft in 2013. I gave them 3 months to bring my credit score up. I was assured that within the 3 months. Everyone would be offering me credit. $458.50 my credit score has not move at all. I am sad and extremely disappointed by all this. With Covid going on most of us do not have a job still and to take this money and do absolutely nothing it’s wrong. The reviews I read so far everyone else at 3 months has gotten their credit score up to credit worthy. Why I have not done yet, and what I should have done in the beginning was to check with the better business bureau. That’s my next step. Good luck to all of you out there that use this company

Right from the start, I was contacted, the representative answered all my questions, and explained everything to me. I decided to go with the 90-day program, and it hasn't been 60 days yet, and already two collections have been removed. The entire staff has been very helpful, kind, and efficient. I was very skeptical, asked lots of questions, and they were very quick to respond no matter what time or day, I have questions or concerns. I am very happy with the progress they are making with repairing my credit. I highly recommend Key Credit Repair, they are no nonesense, quality driven, and they get results. Horrible.... they did nothing for me and my credit all they did was take 450.00 from me. I was told when I signed up I would see an improvement on my credit in 30 days. (What does maury say, the lie detector says that was a lie). I called the guy says we sent the creditors the letters and I should be recieveing the responses in the mail in 7 days that was over a month ago I still have not recieved anything whatsoever. A big scam. I had better results disputing the Info from my own credit. I dinged ony credit and my score dropped 89 points I signed up for credit repair thinking I can get it back up where it was or better faster. Well that didn't work I been canceled my service with them I refused to continue to pay for services I never recieved. I looked at the reviews and other people had simular issues. I wish I would of read the reviews before I signed up. I usually look at reviews buy I was so focused on repairing my credit it didn't dawn on me. Stay away from this company they just take your money and do nothing. I wish I could get my 3 months back of wasted time. 1 star for them never again.

Alex has great customer service skills. She is very knowledgeable. I felt a calm in my spirit when speaking with her. There was no question I asked she couldn't answer. I was impressed. Diane has a wonderful aurora with her phone etiquette. She has a delightful uplifting voice. I enjoyed speaking with her as well. Lets see how things work out.

Was with this scam company for 7 months and they did absolutely nothing to improve my credit. They did take the money however. Lies from the start. You best stay away from this money waste.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS - My name is Sergio , I have hired this company to help understand why my score was dropping with no explanation. This company was referred to me by one of their employees and it all seemed to be legit until nothing was done from their end. I initially sent the information needed , and months went by and nothing was done ! I contacted them, and Jennifer emailed me apologizing for not achieving results and offered me 3 free months - ( what for?) . they continue to charge me over $130 monthly for no work performed. I asked for my money to be returned and they told they tried contacting me via email but my email provider ( yahoo) did not allow the contact to be made . REALLY? for this reason I did not qualify for a refund. I will take measures. I just want you guys to know this is another company stealing your money while no one does nothing . They mentioned that deletions were performed in my credit account , but they cannot tell me with their involvement with any of them . just another SCAM, DISHONEST COMPANY. STAY AWAY.

Do yourself a favor and save your money. Avoid Key Credit Repair and many similar companies they are ripping you off. You can do your own research and better your own credit score. I had the premium membership for 6 months and it was nearly impossible to get in contact with the right person too many middle men. In those 6 months my credit score barely improved. Honestly my score improved before key credit repair. Bad customer service no feedback whatsoever!

I started with this company May 2020 here it is September 2020 I have yet to see any changes in my credit score. I went into the 7 month plan paying 189.25 a month. I’ve been trying to reach out to this company for a full refund to no avail. They don’t Communicate with you and the only time you hear from them is when you missed a payment via email SMH. My biggest advise is to stay away they are a bunch of rip offs. I will continue to fight for my full refund.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! They called me every single day till I finally decide to go with their company... then I agree and give first payment to them and it was like id send 15 emails and they still didn’t respond! Company does not keep their clients informed at all! I got 10,000 pieces of mail no idea how to even read the pages and yet they don’t answer! So I eventually just canceled my payment and you know to me the business would be concerned as to why one of their “valued” clients left and canceled payment! Haven’t heard a word no call no email no nothing! But Victor didn’t hesitate to blow my phone up prior to collecting money! Wouldn’t recommend this company to a soul! And I never do google reviews first one ever here! If that explains anything! Wish everyone the best but stay away from these scams

My credit was very poor due to my younger years with outrageous out of control spending. I had to deal with bad credit for years and deal with the personal embarrassment that I planted on myself. Well, I decided it was time I redeem my credit back and get my finance healthy again so I could ultimately accomplish my goal of buying a home. It was either now or never. I did my due diligence and scoped out a couple credit repair companies. I've asked tons of questions with all of them, but the only one that stood out was Credit expert by the name webghost33. They had proven results and past clients that were more then happy to let me reach out to. I am 2 months in with the service and already have deletions rolling in!
