Kevin was honestly the best person to help me out in my first purchase of a home. I decided to go with a new build because of how competitive the market was. Kevin helped explain everything from my first meeting of how things would go. Consistently he was the only one I felt that truly was listening to me and not trying to force me into something I didn't want. The builder was ok with me using an outside lender but I soon found out they really didn't want me to. They not only were trying to get me to put more down but the interest rates were not even close to Kevin's. When I finally decided to go with Kevin they were persistent and hounded me to try to use their lender. However, Kevin did warn me this may happen and he was there along with my real estate agent to get it all sorted out. Anytime I needed Kevin he was a text away (responding very quickly). He showed me all of my options and was always there to explain anything. Buying my first house was quite an adventure but honestly Kevin made it so much easier for me. I will definitely be using him for all future endeavors and I will recommend him to every family member/friend that is ready to buy a new home. Thank you!
