Kevin Robbins and Kasey, they were so professional and on the spot timely! I had to refinance due to a divorce and I thought I was stuck with my current lender as being the best deal. When I was referred to them I thought I'd give it a go but was skeptical. I was so pleasantly surprised that Kevin was able to give me a lower rate, a lower loan and a higher cash back at closing! Sure I had to pay for the appraisal upfront, but the service they provided was so much better and more personal it was well worth it! I think I engaged their services on December 28th and we closed on February 1! He was always available and responded right away, even when he didn't have to. Much thanks to Kevin and his team to making this otherwise stressful and difficult process a breeze!

Kevin & his team were great. I used my VA loan benefit & not all mortgage companies are familiar with this process, and some do not even want to deal with it because It is a little more complicated & thorough.
