Kerry took the time initially to really listen to our goals and didn't use high pressure sales tactics in any way. We already declined another's services because of that so he was a breath of fresh air. He spent the time to review the timing of our loan, offered a strategy to include waiting a bit to meet our goals, and by doing so, we were able to lock in a loan at our desired interest point. As a first-time buyer moving from Las Vegas to San Francisco, I am used to deal with Kerry Ettinger (Loan Advisor) regarding my project. I have exchanged probably 50+ emails (my preferred communication method) with him asking a lot of questions, and to run different scenarios over 10 months! Kerry went above and beyond to always provide top quality responses, and very accurate financial projection spreadsheets that I requested. There were very few times where Kerry was not 100% certain about some answers (my situation was a bit unusual...), he always went to check within his company and came back to me with an accurate answer in no time! From the beginning to the end, I felt in complete confidence with this process because I knew he was working on it. As most (first) home buyers, I have inquired to various mortgage lenders (banks, brokers, etc.). I did send the exact same email - to introduce myself, describe my project and asking questions - I can tell you you that I was deeply shocked by the contrast between the responses... some banks were clearly unprofessional: did not respond to the questions... and even worst... providing their opinion about the real-estate market and their own preferences for various neighborhoods ... some always had excuses to postpone a detailed answer (broken laptop, business travels, etc.).... Kerry, from PRMI was simply amazing... always spot on in all his responses, explanations... always suggesting what would be in my best interest... always responding... he was simply outstanding... I cannot stress enough how satisfy and lucky I was to have chance to deal with Kerry Ettinger from Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc regarding my project. Kerry is a great, friendly, and honest person... if you have chance to work with him... go ahead, you wont be disappointed!! As far as I am concerned, and I was able to witness a lot while shopping for lenders, Kerry is a gold-standard reference in terms of Loan Advisor..., he's in a league of his own! Highly Recommended!

Before we met Kerry we were trying to get a loan from BOAF and than from Chase and they did not deliver what they promised. Kerry on the other hand were able to get our loan approved even though our case was complicated with us being self-employed and having multiple sources of income. Easier process loan for W2 workers or more complicated cases with self-employed he can get things done which is very important
