Absolutely great experience with the people at Ken's Trading Co. They took the time to confirm they had exactly what I called for. I had two people help me. My transaction was done swiftly and smoothly. I was surprised and grateful that they told me there was a factory rebate and submitted for me. Highly recommend you giving them your business.

We didn’t even get to shop. Was very rude and felt very uncomfortable. The owner came to the door and ask “what do you want?”. After my step dad explained our reason for being there, we were let in but with rude comments so we just left. I’ve heard bad things about the owner before I went but I’ve been trying to fine a sizable piece for protection. Would not recommend especially if you’re a women going by yourself. I’m glad my step dad was there to stand up for me.

Called to get email to transfer a firearm for a customer to the Federal Firearm License Holder at this company. Person that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and and rude. Worst customer service I have experience in years. He never gave me the information I requested either.

These guys are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products. I've been in twice this week inquiring about sporting rifles. They've educated me on the differences in makes and models and haven't pressured me into buying anything. They are pleasant to everyone who enters their store and I can't see how others have given them low ranks. I will be purchasing my 1st sport rifle from them soon and mainly because of the no pressure attitude and their willingness to educate me on the various weapons available to me.

Not happy with customer service. I walked in with 2 other female friends to purchase ammo so we could get in some handgun practice and our entrance was not even acknowledged. When I asked for what I needed, I was questioned on “whether or not I knew what it was I was asking for”. I’ve been around guns since I can remember. I shoot handguns, rifles, & shot guns. I hunt, I shoot long range, I do pistol courses with metal. My dad has taught me how to make my own bullets. I didn’t appreciate being treated like I knew nothing. It’s sad this day and age that just because I am a FEMALE, walking into a gun store, that I am judged. They lost 3 customers because of their bias. We will bring our ammo from home next time instead of the convenience this store offered.

He opened the door just enough to ask what I wanted, and after saying he was all out of 9mm he went to close the door in my face rather than asking if there was anything else I needed. It doesn’t seem like he actually wants your business unless you want to overpay. It’s a nice little store ruined by one bad personality.

In serious need of a course in Customer Service Skills!!! The government should re-evaluate this business’s qualifications to continue to sell to a diverse public. If they just want certain customers advertise their wishes. I don’t recommend this business at all unless you want to be treated with disrespect from the time you walk through the door.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had as a customer to date. They didn't have what i was looking for in stock, I asked if they could order it, Ken told me i had to pay in advance so I handed him a stack of hundred dollar bills and went on my way, I never heard from them on the day they said the item would be delivered so I dropped by to check a few days later. I was repeatedly told to come back and "check next week" for about a month, every time i did there was another bizarre excuse as to why they didn't have it, he finally just told me he could just give me my *expletive* money back if it was going to be a problem, I accepted. Apparently he didn't like that either because he was hollering at me all the way out the door. Went elsewhere and had exactly what I was looking for by the end of that very same day. I don't know how anyone could recommend this place, unless you like verbal abuse you should stay far far away.

If I could give this a zero star rating I would. Even if the owner chose to respond to my review, I wouldn't myself ever walk in this business. HORRIBLE customer service and poor business practices. I approached the store today (3-24-20) to be greeted by who presented himself as Ken. He was not friendly and wreaked of alcohol. He told me I looked as though I had never shot a gun before (I've been around guns my entire 30 years of my life) so I couldnt buy a gun. I had $500 cash in my pocket and my weapons carry permit. Guess not everyones money is green in that mans eyes. I now am going elsewhere to buy or trade a gun, this guy Ken is a egotistical selfcentered person who doesnt value return business and enjoys making poor attempts to humiliate his customers.

They were so patient with me as I looked through several different “anniversary options” for my husband... my experience with them could not have been better. I ended up leaving to “think it over”, they weren’t pushy and when I came back to purchase they treated me like a friend! I loved the experience and I will be back. Thank you Mr Ken for all your help!!
