Ken Franzmeier CPA, PC Forest Blvd, Hugo

We have had our taxes done by Ken for over 30 years. They have always had them done in less then a week. This year, it has been over a month and today I found out that they MAY get them done in time. WTH! We just don't count as a big enough clients now I guess. REALLY PANICKED over this. They needed to be open about their lack of ability to get this done so we could have hired someone else. Now I'm up a creek without an oar. No one should ever be placed in this situation 😒

I use Ken Franzmeier & Co for my business as well as personal taxes. Before using his services, I was utilizing one of the many online tax preparation services. After meeting with Ken, I immediately saw that his expertise and knowledge would greatly benefit my business. Pam presented page after page and snatched them away the moment I could focus on them. Even after asking her multiple multiple times to PLEASE let me see, read and understand the important information that was being presented. The result of this encounter is that I have signed, against my better judgment the paperwork prepared by your office. I hope to god it’s in order because based on my treatment in your office I have no reason to expect anything. I have reviewed copies of those documents in our file and the return is accurate with what you gave us from verification of your filing status on down through the return. Those documents you received from various institutions also go to the IRS for cross referencing a return with proper SSN, filing status and deductions. Wish you well in the future. I've been using Ken to handle my accounting, payroll and taxes since 1991. I had been doing my own tax returns up until I decided I was in over my head. I was referred to Ken by a customer. In our initial meeting Ken offered to check my past returns for accuracy. He found that I had overpaid by many thousands of dollars and I subsequently got a nice refund check. Needless to say, I was impressed and continue to be impressed by Ken's expertise and personable manner. After meeting quarterly with Ken for 25 plus years, I feel I have gotten to know him well professionally and personally. Very very friendly. Allowed us to pay them once we got our taxes back. Idk if that's normal or not because it's the first time we have gone to someone, but they were kind enough to do that for us, and it's rare that people show that kind of kindness today. Thank you so much you guys!
