Kemba Credit Union W 8th St, Cincinnati

The company is great but this branch has bad customer service. I sat in the drive through area for 5 minutes without being acknowledge and I eventually went inside where it was not busy at all. The wait and longer would have been fine had I gotten a simple “We’ll be right with you”. I’ll stick the the Bridgetown location.

So today is December 24th Christmas Eve. I called prior to find out what time did they close. I was told 1:00pm. I work for public transportation and got off my route at 12:32pm Kemba is right up the street from my job. I got to Kemba at 12:40pm the branch was closed as well as all the tellers walking out to their cars. It’s super inconsiderate because I was told the branch was closing at 1pm and now I don’t have any funds till Monday I just lost my wallet and everything smh great customer service THANKS KEMBA FOR 🤥

Kemba has been the worst bank I have ever dealt with. You will spend hours on hold waiting for customer service any day of the week. Furthermore, they will give you debit cards that DONT WORK despite their app saying they are active.

I grew up going to this bank. My grandmother worked for years at Kroger and used Kemba because he f their connection. All the employees here have not only been friendly, they’ve been there for years and know my mom by name. The s credit union has made it easier and easier to continue to use them no matter what part of the country I move to.

The customer service is fantastic they go beyond the call of duty

I have been banking with them since 2011. When other banks would not even consider giving me a chance to start over, they did. They are always nice and feel like family. Thank you Kemba.

I have used this bank for a car loan and for the majority of the time that they have been servicing my loan, it has been great. But as of lately, every time I have called to make a payment or ask a question I have been given very snotty responses by their customer service team. I can't speak for the representatives inside the bank, because I am sure it's a call center I am speaking to, but I have been very disappointed with my experience recently - especially when trying to pay off the remaining balance on my loan.

Experience was laid back and seamless. Arrived close to closing time. Alex still took the time to help me set up an account.

You get in and out they polite and work with you when you have a problem
