Kemba Credit Union Vine St, Cincinnati

The rep Mary has a horrible attitude not helpful at all! This bank just took all my money and can’t even help me worst experience ever!!! I will be leaving this bank ASAP Im calling my job now to stop my check from going there this is sad I have been here for 10 yrs and they treat me like trash!!! They and im an awesome customer im sure another bank would love to have me this is very sad!! MARY NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP SHES HORRIBLE BAD FOR BUSINESS!!

Banked with them for 3 years or so now, and unlike any other bank I've banked with I have zero complaints. I even forgot my mortgage payment last month and received a notice in the mail - i assumed i was being penalized for being late - but they were just REMINDING me to make my payment, and i was NEVER penalized. A bank actually looking out for it's customers.....now that's definitely a first!

I haven't finished becoming a member yet, but the service and responsiveness thus far has won my business enough to make sure a local cu gets their due recognition.

Horrible customer service! An elderly 20 + year member (and a veteran surviving on SS) had his car repossessed because he was late on 1 payment one time. Special thanks to Tim Kelly for mistreating a senior citizen vet and having no compassion. Never go here!

No outside ATM. Have to do your banking during your work day. AnD they’re not open at all on Saturdays.

Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Person Ispoke to would not listen and only wanted to argue with me. Closing account and going somewhere easier to work with. Have been a member for 35 years.

There was an issue with my account.. Ach payments susan Wright is the rudest representative New horizons could have she did not even acknowledge my concerns . And amongst me recapping our conversation to make sure I understood correctly she hung up..Susan wright at the Lebanon location should not be in charge nor employeed she is rude and clearly miserable with her at home life to treat a customer that way who has done nothing to her. Run from this credit union!!!!!!

Worst bank I have ever used. Beware!!! This bank will do all kinds of things they shouldn't. I'm currently being over charged monthly being made to pay late fees when my payment was on time. Last year the bank manager repoed my vehicle on accident because he abuses his power, Gary the bank manager left me and my son with a vehicle for 4 days. After my car was returned to my driveway, I requested a credit for thet4 days I was told by Gary that wasn't going to happen. And if I didn't make my full payment, he would take my vehicle for good. How can you charge late fees when payments are on time? The BBB will get my money back. I'm being ripped off and it's horrible. Banks handle your assets, it's scary when they steal from you. This bank and manager have to be stopped. DO NOT BANK HERE!

UPDATE: HOO have changed to 10am-4pm on some days lol so happy I left. I seen a line of people outside the Downtown location ranting that they're tired of their crap and lack of communication. Service isn't great. Rates are no different than any other institution. Hours of operation are a laughable 9am-4pm, website will tell you different. Tellers are terrible at following direction, resulting fees that are unable to be adjusted or waived. I do like working with credit unions but New Horizons are particularly bad partners with my finances.
