Kelly Haughey was an amazing loan officer, she was experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, had absolutely wonderful communication and just a very positive and welcoming attitude. She is simply great at her job. I found her after I had worked with another loan officer at PNC for over 3 months and that loan officer said there was nothing that could be done in my situation to secure the loan. Luckily, I reached out to Kelly with regarding securing a loan for a home and she answered all my questions that day and we closed on the house within the next 2 and a half weeks.
