Kelley submitted documents to the credit bureaus on my behalf thinking that they would be helpful, but instead my credit got trashed in the process. I mean my credit score dropped over 100 points. When I attempted to call her to find out what happened she refused to take my phone calls. I understand that people make mistakes but I was more angry over the fact that she lacked the integrity to face what she did and to try to help resolve the issue since she created it. As a result, I have invested a lot of time and money trying to restore my credit back to what it was back in March.
