She was a blessing in disguise, friendly and right away felt comfortable with her and confident that she was going to get the job done. I had never sold a home before and I was lost, and very nervous about the hole process. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly to my calls and texts. She offered excellent advice, answered every question and helped me make informed decisions. Her guidance and suggestions were right on and the entire process went smoothly from listing to closing. We were under contract with in 2 weeks and closed within a month. She was very knowledgeable and familiar with the area. Listing the house at the right price and being able to sell at our asking price. Was not afraid to get her hands dirty and help me out with getting the house ready for staging, and cleaning.
