Jason was personable, patient and knowledgeable to work with. He supplied lots of properties to look at, could answer any questions I had about the property and the local area. He supplied recommendations for contractors and what title company to use. He explained the nuances of purchasing raw land vs land with a structure. He provided guidance on making the offer and worked with both parties to complete all required paperwork. He also responded immediately and always answered by saying my name in his greeting.
