I contacted Keith with Patriot Bank about refinancing my mortgage and he was amazing. A few days later, I called him back to start the process, he made it very easy. I was able to submit the application and all of the required documents online. I only had to go into the office to sign the closing docs. The whole process took less than 3 weeks and now I have a much lower interest rate and monthly mortgage payment.
