Scheduled an appointment to pick up past 2 yrs of statements. Arrived and nothing was ready. 30 minutes later still only had half the paperwork. Told will receive the rest in a few more days. Days? Why did I schedule and make an appointment. I was told they would be ready. Very disappointed.

I just had to pay $29 to get 29 pages of statements. $1 per page. Awful!! How horrible I have to pay to get copies of my statements and a $1 per page for that.
