I first met Keelan through my real estate agent; he came highly recommended and was very professional. Since I had recently moved back to the United States and was self-employed, my case was not as straightforward, but he helped me navigate the underwriting process and collect the required information. I found Keelan to be thorough, on-point and enthusiastic with a warm personality. He especially did a great job explaining the underwriting process and mortgage options he laid out for me. Given COVID-19 and its impact on my work, the home buying process took much longer than normal. In the end I elected to make a cash purchase due to a financial windfall. The deal has to close end of this month 12/31/20, otherwise Seller will have higher tax consequences. Ric and his team were amazing. A bad appraisal nearly wrecked the purchase, but he and his team secured a new appraisal very quickly and somehow miraculously kept us on our original closing date. At the last minute, one piece of paperwork needed adjustment, and Ric personally came to the house to pick up the signed copy, ensuring no issues as we closed.
