Katonah Management Group Inc Center St, Croton Falls

I have been living at one of the HOA’s Katonah Management has been managing for years. The transition with the new owner Kyle has been nothing but astounding. Every time I have a concern the property manager and assistant gets back to me right away. I have dealt with managing companies before and in all honesty Katonah Management is top notch, they never fail to exceed my expectations. They had a full staff through the pandemic which made them very reliable when needed. Make them your management company!

I had been President of our condo association for many years and have enjoyed my dealings with KMG. They were always professional, and when ever I needed something done it was done ASAP. We did not have to worry about the finances they were spot on at all times. They always responded to what ever needed to be done. I would recommend them to any one.

Completely unprofessional management company, but a competent group of scam artists and liars. Don't elect to work with katonah unless you are sadistic and prefer to live with your head in the sand, enjoy being gaslit, and playing games of the run-around nature. They're in bed with all of their vendors and do not look out for their residents- only ways to line their own pockets. Katonah entirely lacks moral decency or competence, and working with them is an absolute waste of time and money. Quite honestly this business deserves 0 stars. Would like to updat: KMG maybe look out for residents, but only the ones willing to line their pockets extra to screw over the others. You know who you are.

Katonah management is absolutely horrible. Deeming projects that haven’t been done in over 6 years “essential” (amidst a pandemic) and workers not wearing PPE. Touching people’s belongings and in circumstances where the cannot socially distance themselves from homeowners. Not to mention neglecting to address roofing issues resulting in leaks for years and passing it off as the homeowners problem to fix. Absolutely despicable, rude and horrible business people. Whatever you do avoid having to deal with this business at all costs.

As per previous reviews they just “do not” respond!!!! Called got voice mail, emailed with photos regarding and issue, “never” wrote back even though they were made aware that the local police were involved and were going to follow up with me. A few days later a 60’ tree fell across the street blocking everyone from coming and going and they were called but “never” called back, they just don’t care. Would never use them to manage/oversee anything. There must be other caring companies around who are “responsible” !!! If I had anything to do with it I’d switch management companies A.S.A.P.!!!!!

Customer service is deplorable. They treat us, the residents, as mere financial transactions. Speaking of which, the invoicing process is not transparent at all. This company makes it stressful just to live here.

I was a legal administrator for over 35 years in NYC managing operations and finances for firms from 35 members to well over 150. What I have learned is that you can not please all of the people all of the time. There are always some people with issues. At Glassbury Court in Cold Spring we have had three different companies managing the association . Katonah Management with Bryan Hao managing and now Kyle DeVito managing has been by far the best company we have had. They have always been responsive to our needs and have provided expert guidance in day-to-day operations, management and finances. They have instituted a successful operation that has alleviated many hours of Board oversight . In particular, I would highly commend and congratulate our site manager, Theresa Podhurst for making Katonah's presence a success. She has made my job on the Board so much easier.

Great company from the top on down. Our manager Theresa is very responsive and really cares about our community. You can see when you drive thru our community here at Glassbury Court how beautiful and well maintained the property is. This is a direct reflection on Katonah management!

Excellent Service! The staff at Katonah Management Group is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We've worked with KMG for years and have always had positive experiences.

Horrible management company. From the top with Stephen Brussels who is incompetent to Keith Sherling who is nasty and unprofessional. They sent a plumber to fix a problem they deemed their responsibility and then decide to bill us. Very quick to respond however It seems the first response isn't always thought through and I now have to pay the price for inadequate service from KMG.
