I have been a customer of American Family Insurance for many years. Anytime I request needed information I get expedient services. Staff is very professional friendly knowledgeable and courteous. I currently have my homeowners insurance with them and had my car insurance also. They saved me a little of money on my homeowners compared to my previous prior to them and also better coverage. Yes I would recommend them.

I have worked with Ty for about 8 years now and haven't had a claim until now. Recently we had a large hail storm that required a full roof replacement. American Family sent out an adjuster quickly and gave me a check the very same day. The adjuster was super helpful also. She helped answer questions with the claim and roof replacement.You don’t know how good your insurance is until you have to use it. After this experience I know I have a great insurance company and will recommend using Ty to all of my friends.

Law made switching insurance companies very simple for me. He was very quick to give an estimate on my new premium, without taking up any of my time at all. I have a hard time making phone calls during typical business hours, and thanks to him, I didnt have to. Everything was done through email for the most part. It’s easy for someone to say an agency does a good job with their own insurance. I’ve seen first hand the job Ty’s agency has done with quite a few clients. My water and fire mitigation company has handled losses for some of his clients. Ty’s clients have a good understanding of their coverage and have policies that are written to make sure people are properly covered. Also his agency is there for insureds when something happens as opposed to being dismissed and given an 800 number to call. We all buy insurance hoping to never use it but if you have to, Ty’s office will take good care of you.
