They did some title work for one of the tenants we bought a mobile home from. There were title issues due to the lender not releasing a lien (none of their fault). Even though thier job was complete, they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Wonderful customer service!

A poorly-run business, with a lack of customer-focused service. You'd better hope you're able to be in their offices in person on the day of your closing. They lack the technology to allow contracts to be signed electronically. And they completely disregarded my specific, written instructions on how to disburse funds. My closing was today, and I'm still not sure whether or not funds were deposited to my account, because they never bothered to call me! What should have been a simple process ended up being a huge aggravation. And another thing--what kind of business relocates their offices in the middle of the week, only to tell customers who call in that they have no internet access? Two stars is generous, at best.
