Absolutely impressed with the work of Kal and his team on helping me build and close on a new home as a first time home buyer. We received help every step of the way from getting our finances in order to finally physically closing on the home. There was always an answer for any questions we had a Kal made sure we were always in the loop of where we were at in the process and made sure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. Despite some complications from our builder (unrelated to Kal and his team) Kal was still able to lock us in at a fantastic rate and complete the closing process in a timely manner.
