The Kabbage process can be quickly completed and is very easy to work with. Nelson Long provided great customer service answering all of our questions with patience, and without pressure. It took us some time to make the decision to move forward, but once we did Nelson was again very supportive with finalizing and completing the process very quickly. Great work!!

I completed my application today after I was contacted by Nelson Long who was able to substantially improve the offer they first made. I must say the initial process was not great, completed the application and did not find out the loan amount until after the application was complete including Kabbage doing a hard pull on my personal credit report and came back with a very low loan amount. However, once Nelson Long got involved, the process was substantially better and the loan product is very competitive compared to other business loan lenders I looked at. Would highly recommend but be aware upfront that the application process will do a hard pull on your credit.

Kabbage was fast and easy. I was about to give up on getting a loan but with very little effort was able to get cash within 2 days. John Harrison and his team are upbeat and made the process easy to understand. Rates are comparable to a credit card so this kind of loan is best if you can pay it back quickly. No prepayment penalties. Structure is unconventional but fit our needs.

I looked into Kabbage when we were trying to shift the credit for our company off our personal credit to a business card. At first I thought it was another one of those loans where they take the money out weekly which isn't practical for us as we don't get paid weekly. I was going to look elsewhere when John Harrison contacted me and explained everything. I gave this 4 stars because I have just taken my first loan out with them and haven't started the repayment process, but if everything goes as explained, we should be able to shift a lot of our credit needs to this card, which is a lower interest than you can get with most any other loan or credit card and it won't keep hurting our credit! I'm excited to see how this works! John has been great about making sure I know exactly how things are going to work and what to expect.

The process for my business line of credit with Kabbage was very quick and easy. Nelson Long was my consultant and he was very pleasant to work with. Although the terms and website are very straight forward and easy to understand and navigate, he took the time to still explain everything to make sure I did in fact understand all my options, as well as how to access all the information on the website. I appreciate the fact that he presented my options in a calm and non-aggressive manor. This line of credit was an option for me at this point and not a necessity. This company uses illegal tactics and is unreasonable. Their process with how funds are withdrawn and paid back are extremely unethical. I spoke with one of their reps today and asked about a settlement since times have gotten harder to payback the balance since COVID and my industry was hit hard with shutdowns. The representative told me she wanted to be honest and that I didn't want to request a settlement because they would offer a settled amount of only 80% and then charge off the remaining 20% which is highly unusual and illegal. The whole point of a settlement is to agree on a reduced amount in one lump sum, not to then send the remaining amount to collections. I will be filling as many complaints, etc to fight this. Proceed with caution, this company is the worst and I hope they don't survive this pandemic like many other companies with shady practices.
