The fingerprinting was good but the guy didn't mention that he only took cash or check, if he did I would have gone somewhere else and I think he knew that.

My accounting firm in Canada worked with Charlie to execute signatures and notarize documents for one of our client's in Palm Desert who was disposing of a condo located in Canada. Our client is elderly and was not able to leave his house and Charlie graciously arranged a home visit with our client. Charlie, Very professional. My experience was great. I'm from NY and I visited the office in Palm Desert. I was lost for 30 mins. He finally called me and said I know you're lost stay on the phone and I'll get you here. You don't see that often in customer service and I was very grateful for him soon that for me. Once I got to the office he was kind,courteous,professional and efficient in attending to several customers in the waiting room. While I was there every customer left with a smile on their face.
