Went in to look for camera accessories and no one bothered to even help or ask questions. Seems like all they care about is going to the back to relax when customers go in.

They are extremely courteous and very polite people very welcoming when you walk in and very helpful when we ever need help Hector is always there to help in anyway no matter what the case is that is the only pawn shop we will ever deal with hector will always have are services. God Bless.

Great customer service!! I've used K&C for many years now. They are the very first place I think of, and go to, when I have something to pawn. Fair with all of my loans and sales with them. Genuine folks with remarkable customer service!

I get better deals with Boilermaker tools than anywhere iv been. So I shop here a lot

They don't even deserve a star.The manager or who ever Hector was really anice ass hole aND the other staff are rude too.They are nothing but CROOKS.They take your money aND don't care .SO PEOPLE EASE BEWARE AND NOT TO BUY FROM CROOKS.

I think the customer service is good it was for me Hector's is a very nice guy and will work with you if you run into any problems he will do his best to work with you if you work with him doesn't have many guns but I pawn my guns to him every year I've been dealing with Hector for about 6 years and I would never pawn my gun anywhere else but to Hector

Do not use this place. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The guy I talked to(I'm assuming the owner or manager) is a crook. I was looking to sell some of my silver collection, and he figured I was in idiot and told me spot price is at $13 an ounce (it's $18.33 atm), then he said it must have went up, like it was overnight. It hasn't been $13 for a long time. I wasn't expecting much because I know he has to make money on what he purchases( I was going to ask for a couple of dollars under spot even for the eagles). Btw, American silver eagles, half dollars, bars, coins and rounds. Most are worth more than spot price, the rest are worth spot. especially the uncirculated silver eagles (2×1995, 2x 1988). He insulted me by offering $8 a piece. I told him to give them back that I'm leaving because that's an insult and I could get spot price for them if I wanted to wait. He proceeded by getting an attitude and telling me I would NEVER be able to get spot or close to it. If you login to any major or even most minor bullion dealers websites they offer a little more than spot price if you sell to them. Update: I just went to another business and sold the pieces for double what this man offered me. The value at which this crook said I would NEVER be able to get. I also told them about what this guy said and offered and they completely agreed that it was an insult and this guy is a douche and crook.

Hector and the staff are first class people . they treat everyone with respect and understanding . can't do better . the BEST!!!!!
