Justin is absolutely the best! He is not just good at his job but he is also an amazing person too. I've worked with him and his team through two home purchases and two refinances now. Everything was just so smooth and so easy I'd easily give him a 10 star if I could. Most recently, in this crazy market, he pulled an amazing 17 day turn around on a close which I think was the main reason we were able to get an offer accepted. We might still be looking for a new home if it wasn't for Justin and his team!

Justin is amazing! I have used Justin for 2 house purchases, and will continue to use him as long as we are both in CO. He is extremely professional, prompt, and seems to always have a smile on his face. He makes the process easy to understand. Can’t recommend him enough.

If you like being treated like "just another deal" then maybe Justin is a good fit. If you want someone to treat you like you deserve to be treated as a customer then I recommend finding someone else. You will be ignored and only when it's convenient to Justin will you ever hear back from him. Also, he was very rude and after a very feeble attempt at apologizing for never getting back to us for a refi while bragging about his "top lender status," I suggested he provide me with a lender credit offer should we consider working with him for our second home purchase, he basically hung up the phone on me then sent a snide text message which was rude and condescending with a thumbs up emoji. Clearly he thinks it's ok to treat people like another transaction under his belt.

After a negative experience with another lending company, we received a referral to Justin at Fairway. Justin was very easy to work with and turned a nightmare of a process into a seamless, quick experience. Justin and his team are amazing at what they do and are always willing to answer questions.
