Justin was amazing at communication. He actually won my business away from Wells Fargo as Wells Fargo was never able to respond to me promptly and they were never able to explain the home buying process clearly enough for me. Justin always answered my calls, always answered my texts, always let me know what the next step was, and clearly laid out every step of the entire process.
