The entire process of in obtaining my mortgage was absolutely flawless with Justin at Movement Mortgage! Justin was really quick to get me my preapproval letters that were personalized for each offer. I did have to make several offers in this buyers market. My final approval also went quickly. As a first-time homebuyer, Justin was super helpful sharing information that would be helpful for someone new to the process. I started with an initial informational interview with him and right off the bat he was able to provide advice on what to know as a first time homebuyer. He was also quick to respond to my emails and text when I had questions or needed estimates on a home. He's also honest about what he can and can't do as a lender (e.g., potentially match rates or get close to it, not advise on legal matters, etc.) and I appreciated the honesty. At the time I was looking at four potential lenders. The only reason why I didn't end up using his services is because my credit union was able to offer a lower interest rate before rates increased and I knew my credit union loan officer prior to starting the house hunting process. I'd recommend others to work with Justin.

Justin is a great lender. He goes the extra step with the buyer to help them through any glitches. He is also a very good communicator. Which I appreciate.
