The team at Just Boat Loans is by far the best in the business! I had the pleasure to deal with Julie Williams and Tanya Grace on both of my boat purchases. I purchased my first boat Sea Ray 330 Sundancer back in 2016 and recently sold to upgrade to a Formula 41PC. I had such a great experience the first time, I did not hesitate to give Julie a call for the new boat. Within a 24 hour time frame they got me a no hassle approval with a very good rate. From initial contact to closing, both Julie and Tanya we more than helpful and made the entire process very smooth for both myself and the gentleman who sold me the boat. When we got to the point of closing, Christina Silver was more than helpful in sending all of the documents and explaining where everything needed to be signed and notarized. I cannot compliment these guys enough!. If you want a smooth , easy , friendly , efficient finance transaction while purchasing your first or next boat... do yourself a favor and give the team at Just Boat Loans a call.

STAY AWAY!!! We searched for a bank to help us get a loan for a boat and picked JustBoatLoans because even though we had good credit, the services they said they offer, seemed like a good option for us. The entire process to fund our boat took approximately 2 weeks because even though we provided all the information they requested right away, our representative (in Severna Park) seemed to keep misplacing it, would never be available to answer our questions or calls, and was completely unorganized. Needless to say we were a few hours away from losing our boat!! The dealer that sold us the boat even said that they WILL NEVER sell another boat to a customer who would be using JustBoatLoans. When our representative didn't know how to answer one of our questions, she would make up an answer, which we later came to find out were lies. Her ineptitude and lack of knowledge of the requirements to register a boat properly and of the whole process, costs us hundreds of dollars more than the loan should have originally been. My advice, go somewhere else.

Shana really helped us get this done. Having a bankruptcy in my past, we were able to get into a sweet RV with Shana's help and tenacity of pursuing funding options. Very appreciative!

DON'T submit your loan application to JUSTBOATLOANS! They do not respond timely to emails & use a lame excuse about technical issues, difficult to get a copy of your application, and they were just bought by another bank and it seems that the local folks have little decision making authority. If you want a timely response, the 48 hours they indicate is not accurate and they are TERRIBLE with communication! Vague answers and certainly do not go to bat for their customers! I have a feeling the new team members are in over their head! Difficult time answering questions they should know!

Everything was great right up until the part where you're charged $550 to document the vessel when you can do it yourself for $150. Shop around and go elsewhere or use them with full disclosure and knowledge of what you're going to get into with Veristol.
