Opening an estate account because my mother passed away, I had no idea what to do. The customer service representative, Tanya was wonderful and took care of everything, explaining it all to me!

I visited the Monument Square Branch of JVB on 10/7/21. At my request Tonya Foltz set up a new checking account for me and suspended my old account. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The amount of paperwork required for this was overwhelming. Everyone at JVB has always been very helpful to me over the years and I am very appreciative.

I was thinking about a personal loan to replace my old rain spouts. I called my local branch and the gal took my application over the phone. She called back 2 hours later to announce I was approved. We set up a time for later that day, I went in and signed all the papers and walked out with money in hand all the same day! I had no issues or concerns after receiving the money. I just had it deposited into my account and wrote the check when the rain spout job was complete. I would recommend Jvb to anyone looking for a loan!
