First thing when I got there I had to wait at least 20-25 mins. There was 2 workers and one was attending the only customers they had and the other was just standing there staring at his computer. I’m not sure exactly what he was doing, I guess He was somewhat joining the conversation but could have easily helped me out. Instead continued an ongoing conversation that seemed to never end. I was able to make 2 trips around the entire shop, even look at each individual item and still having to wait behind the only customer for the conversation to end. After when it was my turn she offered me 40 bucks for 2 items that I had bought for $300 each and kid you not, they were both in pristine condition, still in the box with all original packaging. These items are current in the market and sold used for at least $100 each at the lowest price. Don’t get me wrong I just was curious about how much this shop would offer me according to the reviews on here boasting about getting top dollar. Unfortunately for me, that wasn’t the case at all and in fact was misleading and a waste of time. The only things I did find beneficial to me was a couple of used tools that were in a box that said $0.75. At least the lady was nice enough to apologize to me for having to wait for so long.

My family and I have been coming here since they opened. Jason has been so helpful any time I wanted to get any particular gun. Not only have they helped me save money they have educated me on all things guns. I have never been over charged or been given bad service, I recommend this place to all my friends and co workers and all of them have been grateful. Lastly, when it comes to loans these people are super cool, they don't want to RIP you off or be unfair, they are honest and transparent with every business transaction. I almost consider these people friends now they have been so good to me.

Was coming up a little short on my mortgage this month so brought some things in that I wasn’t using to sell and definitely picked the right place. Lindsey was amazing... she made for the best experience I’ve ever had at a pawn shop... Maybe just best experience ever?!?! 🤔 haha! Seriously though I’d give her 10 gold stars if I could, she should definitely get a raise!! Will 100% be coming back to this pawn shop solely because of the fantastic job Lindsey did... Great service, quality merchandise and definitely great prices. I've bought 4 guitars, an amp and a sewing machine here and have been pleased with every purchase. I haven't had to find out yet but I'm fairly sure they would be cool if I had an issue with anything.

Great store. Great people. I've purchased several items from citrus in the past. It's always been a very pleasant experience. I recently picked up a rifle and a handgun and it was as quick and painless as it can be in a state like California. They have the best selection of guns of any pawn shop around, hands down. Katie and Dustin were both awesome and are always on top of things every time I'm in there. If your looking for a gun, or pretty much anything you can think of, check em out. Highly recommended.

Employees at Citi’s Pawn are courteous, professional, and seem to really know what they are doing. I have done several firearm transactions there and was able to get in and out in minimal time with no hang ups. They have also contacted me to let me know when something has come in to the store that I’m interested in. That kind of service goes a long way in my book!!!

This place charges full price for used products. Not worth your time.

I purchased a handgun from Citrus Pawn. The price was great and the manager Eder help me choose the right gun for my needs. He was very helpful and walked me through the whole transaction. Defiantly will be doing more business with Citrus Pawn.

Great place to get a quick loan or find inexpensive sound gear. Also some novelty items like electrics skateboards, stereos, good quality of tools. Never had a problem with these guys. First rate setup.

I messaged Katie on the Offer Up app for a Funko POP I was looking for and she replied in a timely manner. My item was there, price was fair and got out fairly quickly with the item I wanted. The guy at the front desk was courteous too.

Well of all the times I’ve needed to hawk 200$ objects for 1/7 of their value can’t go wrong with this place. It replaced the old fruit stand. I personally would have made a naked painting studio, but hey to each his own. Again for the location, and variety of items they have im happy with them. And I’ve never been turned down. Most places if you tell them look I just need x bucks for a week will still tell you, oh this is too old, or dirty, blah blah. And then I remind them it’s my loan. They still tell me no, but I like the arguing. Anyhow this fine new establishment is professionally run, managed, and clean and fair.

Went here for the first time looking for a good used bike and their service was great. I found this place after looking on the LetGo app and they were willing to work with me on a price for the bike I bought. They are very friendly and will help you find and deal with what you may need.

I have now been coming to Citrus for 3years and have never been disappointed. I’ve purchased multiple firearms over the years and must say their prices are rarely beat. Often I see a firearm for sale at a larger gun shop and know Citrus will be about 15% cheaper than the others sale price. I items in the shop I’ve also been very pleased as you often get an extra discount paying cash and having bought multiple items also receive additional discounts periodically. Overall very happy taking my business to Citrus Pawn and see myself as a customer for the indefinite future.

Wouldn’t shop here the workers are dumb and know nothing about the products they sell. they sell counterfeit tech & items. when you ask for your money back for said counterfeit items they will only offer you store credit only... also heard a guy come in while I was there for my issue. He was complaining about his firearms not haveing the the correct serial number that matched the paperwork when he bought the guns... and owner was getting rude with the customer and being a complete A-hole avoid this shop at all costs.

As of 2020, I became a new gun owner. This process was complicated and challenging given the limited options and the strict gun laws of California. When I came to this store, it was to help my mother search for a new gun, and by far the employees here were the most friendly and kind I have come across in my part of the Inland Empire. Every time I go, they are patient and considerate. Not only that, their conversation doesn’t have the looming shadow of someone only wanting to make a quick sale. I feel as if this is a perfect place for anyone looking to purchase a firearm, blade, or anything at a pawn shop. Its also the ideal place to obtain information and do research before purchasing a firearm.

Staff was exceptionally helpful, only minus was the variety of available inventory for sale. Thankfully, I not only found something I wanted, staff was really reasonable with the pricing. Staff was willing to negotiate with pricing, something that you don't always find at other pawn shops. Great experience, thanks again...

Horrible customer service !!!This place sold me a iPhone that had a passcode on it and wasn’t able to be unlocked and when attempted to return the iPhone or just retrieve the correct code they were extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest bit and even accused me of putting the passcode on myself and said when they sold it to me it didn’t have one. They are a bunch of liars and I do not recommend pawning or buying anything from there.

Katelynd was awesome and friendly! She helped me through my transaction and had a smile on the entire time. In 100 plus degree weather that's a feat in itself. All staff there is super helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you Citrus Pawn Shop!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I sold some items that I didn't necessarily want to part ways with. They listened to my story and we were able to come to a price that made sense. Ask for YESSI she has excellent professional sales techniques to make our windows shopping into a for sure buy with their lay away program. That was doable & convenient in this pandemic. What seemed as certain dreams, has become our reality tonight & thanks to the dual associates that made it enjoyable, pleasant and gratifying to place a down payment on our purchases that was our hearts desires tonight.

Been here a few times, every time I have been customer service is excellent. Staff are very polite. A wide range of things ranging from outdoors to indoor activities. Awesome place to buy from. Will definitely be going here for a long time.

I have used this particular pawn shop on several occasions and they have always been so nice and welcoming . Great crew . It's been awhile since I've needed to use them but my last visit there a young lady named Lindsey helped me and she was a doll . Thank you girl for making me not feel awkward in my situation . You rock ... I take back the 5 star , I went in there just the other day and it was 15 minutes til closing and linsey was so rude , after I get my things back I will never return ...

I like browsing through pawn shops for the odd discovery or for nice watches at good prices. I’ve been here twice and both times it was a very pleasant experience. Both young ladies were very knowledgeable and happy to help. Met the owner the first time around and he seemed very nice as well.

I was looking for some magazines that Dustin had no problem ordering for me. Someone from the store even called me to let me know they were holding them for me! I’ve on the whole visited them a few times, and each time have gotten a friendly greeting and help with what I needed. I highly recommend them!

I had a easy, no-hassle time at Citrus Pawn yesterday (7/1/20). The team there that day was not only helpful but patient with my needs and questions. Although im not in the local vicinity, I wont hesitate to travel a bit to give this shop my business. Theyre now officially my go-to FFL and Pawn Shop. Keep up the good work everyone.

I picked up a burton snow board and bindings, for inexpensive and it was really a steal. The workers were really kind and helpful, the board was a few years aged but perfect condition minor chips. Bought snowboarding boots as well and they even lowered the price for me. Awesome place! I recommend checking it out if you are thinking about it. Saved me from paying hundred of dollars for a new snowboarding/boots set elsewhere.

This shop has definitely grown to become my favorite pawn shop. Everyone here has been very friendly & personable, yet both fair and professional too. This is now my bf's and my go-to if we are in need of selling or pawning ANYTHING for a quick buck. Great general knowledge and on a huge scale can be seen being welded by the team here. As of the end of January, it seems that a few new hires have started - so far, they've been nothing but pleasant to work with in striking up deals - keep up the good work, and stay smiling. 🤗
