For bad credit it's ok. Staff isn't the friendliest over the phone.. When u call about a vehicle that's recently purchased from them they gave the run around game & they constantly yawn while on the phone with customers.. The service dept isn't on location.. It's down the street to what looks like an abandoned garage with no signage saying JTS Service Dept. The older guy that works there.. I believe he owns it & he is very personable & very friendly. For the place it is they do repairs to a vehicle that you're buying like body work & such they kept their word & that's all that matters these days.

Just bought my second truck from Nick and the crew. Bought a 2006 f250 from them over 5 years ago, most maintenance free truck I’ve ever owned. Sold that truck a few months back and decided it was time for another. Just purchased one of the cleanest 2007 powerstroke’s in the seacoast area from them. Jacob was very helpful and responsive to calls and texts. There were a few things that needed repair before pickup and Nick was sure take care of them. Can’t wait to buy another truck from them.

I came in looking for their best deal on a newer truck and upon talking to Jacob he immediately made smart remarks about my diligence to get a good deal, as if it was his last straw with difficult customers. Obviously the bad reviews here speak for themselves as after my bad experience with their unprofessional environment after just being there, with jacob’s comments or attitude on top of it, I couldn’t buy a car here. I wouldn’t be surprised if they still sell lemons based on the type of people they seem to be and the reviews at hand. But it took me about 10 minutes there to change my mind and leave. On to the next one.

DO NOT GO HERE! ! Anyone in the right frame of mind would not go here the second you walk in there you know they do shiesty business, I spent 14 Grand on a truck and I've already put $2,000 into it and they don't want to have anything to do with it,, when I called them to tell them what's going on all they had to say was and I quote well you should have spent the extra $1,000 on warranty huh""do yourself a favor do not go here.....comments an reviews speak for themselves, the truck was 14k i drove 2.5hrs from maine after talking to you guys on 13k ,,you agreed,,,i drive all the way down an you wouldnt come off the price i paid 13.8,,you guys are a joke
Sir, when you come in and offer us 1100$ less then the asking price and say You want it as is, that means the vehicle will be as is. We attempted to sell you the vehicle serviced, you declined. When buying a 250,000 mile 2004 Chevy Duramax you must know and expect some things will eventually need to be fixed. You called and said it had a leaky water pump and a few other minor things(fuse, blower motor). I would be more then happy to save you money on repairs at our cost on parts and labor as I do for all my customers. Sorry to hear you didn’t have the very best experience. Sold me a lemon... they put a inspection sticker on the car even though it wont pass inspection cost me 10.000 dollars to fix all the problems with the vehicle beware read all comments most are bad don't waist your time or money there I just reported them to the better business burial and the state of New Hampshire for putting a sticker on a vehicle with a check engine light and nine codes a bad clutch and no high beams

I inquired about a vehicle (priced $36,999) the owner was nice while I was interested. After doing some reasearch I politely said I would pass do to it being priced to high (car had 123,000 miles). After doing the right thing and telling him I would pass he replied by laughing at me. For the owner to laugh at someone for not wanting to purchase a vehicle because of high price and high miles I find that very unprofessional. Cones off as once your out the door dont come back.
After talking to you about the custom built vehicle and letting you know why it was priced where it was, we went over all the information on the vehicle. You then made me an offer of $3000 less then my asking price and set up an appointment. A day or two later you decided that it wasn’t worth it. Not sure where a 3 star review comes from someone making an offer setting up an appointment then cancelling. Sorry to hear you felt that was unprofessional. Good luck with your search.

I wish I google allowed a zero star rating. I was sold the largest lemon ever and before I get into the explanation, I also had to do all the registration paperwork, transfer of titles, plates and pay for it all. On top of that when I mailed the title from the vehicle I traded in it was lost in the mail… after receiving several of the same phone calls asking where it was and me explaining I’ve already sent it I decided to take it upon myself and buy a new title and drive the 2 hours to hand deliver it myself only to be greeted by Jay with “it’s about time”. The truck I bought is one of the most dangerous vehicles I’ve driven on the road ever. If I were to get into a collision the whole frame would fly off the chassis because of how poorly this thing was taken care of and the rust that exists underneath it. I first found this out after I began wire brushing and needling the rust out from underneath it so I could coat it with some protector. Then the taillight and tailgate both fell off… after this I realized the back left quarter panel seemed to be pretty loose and figured I’d have to replace this eventually. I’m in the military though so finding the time to be able to let my truck go and/or find parts is pretty difficult (thanks for the only price drop of 500 for being in the military- y’all must really appreciate my service). This leads to the scariest part, I have no clue how this truck made it out of any shop or inspection and onto the road. You guys are either the worst mechanics ever or are just horrible, immoral people for selling me something this bad. I’m thinking a lot of both. When I drove down to my new unit and packed all my stuff in the bed, I arrived with both rear cross beams that attached the suspension to the frame completely snapped due to rust and corrosion. Luckily, I know a guy here and he has had the truck for a week now welding and fabricating new members back into place but we recently discovered THE REAR QUARTER PANELS OF THE TRUCK ARE HELD TOGETHER BY SOME TYPE OF GLUE AND A FEW SCREWS.. as if the last person to have the truck found similar qps off another truck and instead of correctly welding it properly it is just sitting against the bed and on the wheel wells with minimal effort to keep it afloat. He feels so bad for me most of his work he’s doing for free. I will never be allowed to tow again because the package will bend my bed in half and if I want to make my truck street safe I’m going to have to detach it from the frame and redo all the connection ports- sure hope they aren’t rusted and snap off. Thank the lord I registered it in SC bc they are one of the few states to not do inspections otherwise I’d never pass. Thanks to the guys at JTS, y’all got me messed up.
Noah, Sorry to hear you've had those issues. We have been in contact many of times since you bought the vehicle 8 months ago. Had I known of these problems we would've told you to bring the vehicle here so we could take care of it for you. As for the plates and fees associated with plates we do not handle registrations in South Carolina nor did we include the sales tax that may have to be paid on this deal. When it came time to replace my transportation, I returned to JTS to offer them a shot of filling my needs, again, because of the great job they did placing me into my 2997 Chevy HD 2500. They continued to amaze me with their efforts in total service, care and respect that so many other Used Car Dealers have failed so completely. Their commitments to customer service remained at Four Star levels and even surpassed their 2017 efforts! I knowingly purchase a used vehicle, not expecting the vehicle to be in pristine condition. After all, they are 'used' and nowhere near 'new' anymore. Nick and all his employees have shown exceptional work in noting and follow through in fixing and adjusting every issue I pointed out in the 2015 Nissan I chose to purchase. Even, to my surprise, their service provided the dreaded trip to the Massachusetts RMV to complete the registration process. What a load off my schedule! "Used Car Salesmen and women" should take notes from this Dealership. I hope JTS will still be available when I need another vehicle, because I doubt I will shop anywhere else when the time comes again for me to find a deal on wheels! I purchased a Ford Super Duty completely online. The process was absolutely painless. I was given great recommendations on where to have a pre-purchase inspection done and how to have it shipped. Communication was excellent and I had no problems with the paperwork being overnighted. Even though I had a bit of issues securing a carrier, they did not given me any hassle with the vehicle being left there longer than I'd like. Whether you are in the Plaistow, NH area or, like me, 1,500+ miles away, they are a fair and top notch dealer to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The best car dealership in N.H. hands down.. nick the owner will go out of his way 2 make sure u have a reliable motor vehicle and take care of any problems that u my have.. I have been coming to JTS autos for a few years now.. I was looking for another ford edge limited sport.. at that time I met jake told him I was interested in the Ford edge limited.. he said well that has no engine but I have plenty of other cars on the lot that are ready to go and u can look at and get in today take a look around. I did and Didn't see anything. I located the owner asked him about the edge .. he said I have plenty of cars on the lot take a look around if u like 1 we will get u in 1... I said I'm really interested in the edge .. he told me honestly I'm not doing anything with the edge it has no motor.. still being a pain in the A@#! . I asked if I could see it . Nick said well if you really want to see it I'll get jake .he went 2 get jake so he could take me out back 2 his shop where the edge was.. it was sitting under trees backed up by a fence..it had no power.. flat tires.. and a little dirty. But fully loaded.. fell in love with it... thanks 2 jake and JTS autos they went out of there way to clean up edge + get a engine. No 1 does what jts does.. THANK U JTS u guys rock...the 2011 edge limited is still going strong.. and no I was not paid to do this review.. 100% Thank you guys..

Purchased a vehicle from these guys in 2020. Right before Covid. Immediately when driving off the parking lot, getting on the highway engine light came on. It was the front 02 sensor. Called them up, Nick purchased a replacement. Not much longer after the 02 sensor, I started getting white smoke from the exhaust, and a tapping noise from the engine. Called them up and Nick told me it should be fine. Then a few minutes after driving my son to work my engine ate itself. I had purchased he third party warranty with the car. For the most part it covered everything. All 11k, I had to pay 3k out of pocket. Nick said they would help take care of the bill. We had talked and he had agreed to cover half the out of pocket costs. My car was in the garage for over six months. When it came out of the shop, I called Nick to cover his share. He refused. Hey Nick, I hope you see this. Feel free to message me, and fulfill what you agreed upon. In summary, they sold me a car that blew up.
Its unfortunate you had this unexpected issue. I cant seem to find any deal under this name. I am happy to hear you had an extended warranty that helped cover the cost. I am concerned someone charged $11,000 for an engine. I am not sure what type of vehicle has a motor that cost that much.
