Eddie was a star throughout the whole process of buying our first house, and we could not have gotten our offer accepted without his speed and professionalism. Eddie is spectacular! And we can say without a doubt, we would not have gotten our house without him. We bought our first house in LA (where the market is insane) and we both work freelance (a factor no lender understands nor enjoys) at the height of the pandemic. We had been looking for a year with another realtor and broker and were highly unsuccessful. Our new realtor explained that we needed a solid team in place and that Eddie was the best in LA.
