I was lucky enough to discover Josh! We started our loan with a different lender, 6 days into escrow she advised me that there was no way she can do my loan. I initially started my loan process for the purchase of my first home with Q*****n, and it went well at first. As the process moved along, terms changed, mistakes were made, and the person I initially started the process with disappeared, literally stopped taking my phone calls. It's like you get passed along to different people during different periods of the loan process.
