I usually dislike phone calls. But. Liliana Lopez was phenomenal. She caught me at the perfect time and helped me find better coverage at the same rate I had with tons of extras. Normally, I just use a generic website to compare and choose, but Ms. Lopez was able to get my quote down by $60 less than it was online. It didn't hurt that she was friendly and personable the entire phone call. So, if you're like me and hate phone calls, give this agent a try! You won't regret the conversation and great coverage.

Getting insurance for the first time was such an easy process with State Farm. Bradley was fantastic to work with and got me the best offer for car insurance after switching. I can be a bit difficult at times lol not on purpose just not prepared i guess and he helped me out a couple times, and was very patient and understanding and productive I must say. So far I have loved the price of my insurances through them, I work with Parker and he has been great, most insurance agents seem to be after that pitch and extra policy payment however Parker has been more honest and helpful and not pushy. They also have a driving device that clocks your driving mistakes which I was iffy about after Progressives causing billing issues for me but this one not only helps me control certain things such as my speeding (saving me from tickets) but also saves money with 0 negative effects.

I highly recommend Josh Hemphill Sate Farm. All of the associates are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I truly feel they want the best for me and I am not just another customer. Teresa Johnson is the agent I work with most frequently. She is amazing, so sweet; she always asks about about my family, especially my son, and she answers every question I have, and if she can't, she will find the answer for you. I also need to give praise to Amy Koolma. While Teresa was away on vacation; Amy stepped right in and gave the same amazing service. I had a policy that was getting ready to lapse and she called and made sure I didn't go without insurance. Josh has also been there for my changing family. We’ve had our auto and home policies with State Farm for a few years now and have never been disappointed. We’ve literally never dealt with a company that responds to emails so quickly and answers our questions.... and I send a lot! We get honest information and you don’t find that everywhere.
